Great value, fresh food, large selection to choose from, alway fast and friendly service. Awesome family atmosphere. Good selection of arcade games. Our kids have a blast every time we go.

When my brothers-in-law said they wanted to eat at Cici’s after driving in from Nashville and a 6:30 am flight from Dallas on Thanksgiving Day, I will admit I was not very excited. But on a Cici’s scale I’d give this eatery 5 stars. The cheddar/ham pizza, pickles, and off-menu macaroni pizza were family favorites. The water was not city water and the soundtrack was 80s mix not Christmas. I’m glad we came here for thanksgiving.

Short and simple — just save your money. Very little selection– kitchen not keeping up with the very few diners(I should have know– it’s a sign.) and we had to wait too long. Again– save your money. Better options elsewhere.

If you are looking for cheap, this is the place for you. The food is OK, the service is OK and the cleanliness is OK. Would I call this stellar, not by any means but you get what you pay for.

This Ci Ci’s Pizza is by far and large the biggest pizza buffet I have visited. When patronizing a chain restaurant I assume you look for the same, basic things I do: cleanliness, consistency of recipes, and service. The Pigeon Forge Ci Ci’s ranked well during my visit on a recent Friday Afternoon. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive; the drink stations were clean and well stocked; the bathrooms were hygienic and well maintained: This is probably the most you could ask for from a high volume buffet. The kitchen staff did a great job at keeping a variety of fresh, hot pizza, garlic cheese bread, and brownies flowing consistently out of the oven. The buffalo chicken(personal favorite) was prepared well. While there are many«one of a kind» places to dine while visiting Pigeon Forge, the Ci Ci’s pizza buffet appears to be a sure fire establishment to feed a family on a budget if you are not in the mood to «roll the dice» on a unproven buffet or restaurant.

Nothing fancy but it is a great deal for the price. Most hotels and tourist stops have coupons that offer buy one get one free buffet which made a meal for 2 only $ 12 including drinks and all you can eat pizza. The dessert was the best part, great cinnamon rolls and brownies.

Think of this place as a family budget friendly buffet and its as good as it gets. Sure, its not Gourmet-grade pizza, but the overall package is a bargain. The pizza variety is great, the cinnamon rolls are fabulous, and it all comes with salad, soup and simple pastas. The staff is very friendly, super efficient, and they keep it well stocked, even when a bit off-hours(say, 1:30 on a Tuesday).

Let’s be honest: the goal of Cici’s is to cram as much pizza as possible down your throat with the least amount of bowel distress. To this end my visit was successful. Food was served quickly and tasted good. This Cici’s has a very diverse atmosphere, as fat people of all races and backgrounds joined me in gluttony that would be embarrassing almost anywhere else. The pizza cutter burst out loud shouts of «Hakuna Matata» and other random Disney quotes, showing signs of having«Disney Tourette’s» as my wife aptly diagnosed him. This would have been obnoxious but he was so fast at cutting pizza nobody minded. I took away 2 stars for reasons unrelated to food or service. The exit forces you to pass those timeshare people that are ruining Gatlinburg. By then you’re too bloated and slow to run away from them. Once you pass them you must then walk through an arcade. I have two small children so of course we had to play some games. The good news is the arcade has seats because you will be sluggish and lethargic from the all-you-can-eat pizza.
