In a comfortable environment, we treat our patients like our neighbors and enjoy getting to know the families in the area. Our Nurse Practitioners, Elaine Crain and Janet Paydo along with Karen, our patient coordinator, are here to serve you and your family for walk-​in urgent care, Monday through Friday from 10am-​6pm.

We love children. If your pediatrician is not available, we are happy to take care of yours when they are sick!

In addition to our urgent care services, we offer Camp, Sports, College & Adoption physicals. Our nurse practitioners have the FMCSA’s DOT certification. Walk in for your DOT Exam!

Business Owner

Elaine received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Frontier Nursing University, Kentucky in 2015; her Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) from Bowie State University, Maryland in 2001 and is board-​certified as a family and an adult nurse practitioner. She has 15 years of emergency room and critical care nursing experience; and served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Public Health Service.

Elaine opened Who Cares? We Do! a walk-​in family urgent care clinic in Severna Park in 2009. One of the major goals of the clinic is to provide a venue to showcase Nurse Practitioner practice in Maryland. She is also part of Annapolis Concierge Medicine with Dr. Stephen Katz in Severna Park.
