Specialties

We specialize in training new wing walkers on our 1943 «450» Stearman. Not just a «ride on a rack» we train towards a professional level which includes climbing in and out of the cockpit, up and down to the top wing rack and out along the lower wings. Loops, rolls and hammer heads are all part of the fun. Safety is stressed and fun assured.

Our Stearman is available for film projects as well. An FAA approved movie manual and numerous heavy duty camera mounts available to be placed all around the airframe has made this aircraft an ideal choice for films such as Independence Day, as well as numerous music videos and TV projects.

We also train pilots in spin recovery, basic aerobatics, emergency maneuvers and tailwheel transitions.

History

Established in 2005.

A family business, Marilyn Mason teaches Wing Walking in beautiful Sequim WA.

Wing walking pilot Mike Mason started flying wing walkers and wing walking himself in 1984 as a teenager. He has over 10,000 hours of flying experience.

Wing Walking instructor and mother of six, Marilyn Mason has taught many an adventerous soul the art of wing walking.

Marilyn teaches with patience and an emphasis on safety. Mother of six (including two 4^th generation wing walkers) Marilyn takes pride in fully preparing each individual new wing walker for there first step out. Seeing the joy and excitement as first time wing walkers complete there first performance is the part of the job Marilyn loves most.
