I love this chica! I used to stop at her food truck all the time back when she used to park near the library. If you see her, definitely give this food truck a try. She takes great pride in the fact that she now offers game meat. Everyone is mad for her elk sliders which I think I’ll have to try now. My personal favorite is her ‘Outfitter’ wrap’. Truly delicious.

I had their elk blue cheese burger at a beer fest back in June. It was worth every penny and I wish I could have more of them.
