Jeremy Cays grew up in Sequim, WA on the North Olympic Peninsula. He began playing the piano by ear and composing music of his own at age 5. When he was 14, he decided to put his creativity to use by starting his first recording project (A New Journey) at Triad Studios in Redmond, WA. A 3-​year project, his debut album was complete in 1998. After high school, Jeremy enrolled in the Digital Music Program at Edmonds Community College (EdCC). With a program comparable to that of the University of Washington, EdCC would give Jeremy the tools he needed to establish his own home recording studio. Over the next several years, Jeremy’s studio transformed from a small home studio to a spacious professional production studio. Since 2008, Jeremy has produced numerous recordings in several genres with local and regional clients, including Grammy-​nominated artist Mary Lambert.
