We offer exciting and motivating Group Fitness Classes for those seeking the hottest, newest workouts and the good ol’ standards, too. We offer intense half hour classes before and after work hours. We offer a variety of classes for every fitness level and interest all throughout the day.

History
Established in 2013.
Fit4Life Studio was started because I got tired of seeing people do the same old workout and never seeing results. I got tired of people wasting time wandering around the weight pile and not knowing what to do.
We really care about you, that is why we have classes only. We aren’t those 24 hour gyms that only care about your money and not whether you show up or not. We will actually call you in person to find out how you are. Our instructors watch you to make sure you are doing things right and they design programs that are always changing so you can see changes in your body.

In high school I lettered in basketball, volleyball, and rifle. I also participated on a German volleyball team and won a volleyball scholarship. In college I was on the volleyball, tennis, and rifle teams. I was also in the military for 27 years at which time I was heavily involved in keeping fit and helping others to stay fit. I have also been a teacher for over 20 years; working with adults.
