History

Established in 1981.

Cornerstone Builders is a custom builder serving the greater Sequim and Port Angeles areas on Washington State’s North Olympic Peninsula. Cornerstone Builders was founded in the early 1980s by Lex Morgan and Noël Carey, who began the company with a serious commitment to quality and integrity above all. That commitment, still in evidence today, has gradually grown Cornerstone Builders into the premier design/​build contractor in the area.
