I stop in here quite often on my way to work in the morning, the coffee is better than that high-priced chain that shall go unnamed and is served more quickly too. I am normally in-and-out really quick — which is a major plus because I am always in a rush! I hadn’t considered posting about a donut shop before, but everything was so good and fast that I thought I would post a review about it, and can’t believe the number of people who have negative posts — I have never had a negative experience here! Well, keep up the good work, and don’t let the negative reviews get to you — many of your customers really appreciate you!

FINDSOMEWHEREELSE! ANYWHEREELSE! I have no problem tipping people for above and beyond service. Whoever the lady with the Boston accent is has a bad attitude. I went inside to place my order and the lady with the Boston accent whispers under her breath, «probably not going to TIP me». Dunkin Donuts has a gratuity cup that says tips accepted for exceptional service. Normally I put a dollar in every now and then for a $ 2.00 coffee, sorry lady Dunkin Donuts is not a gratuity based business. I was once a regular here and would visit this location 4 to 5 days a week, never again will I return after her unprofessional bad attitude.

I’m sorry that I honestly can’t be that much of a fan of this particular location. The staff tries hard but consistently falls short of simple expectations such as filling an order or even taking an order. On a recent visit they managed to not ring up half of our order and thus not fill the order completely. Parking is a pain as the drive thru takes up the bulk of the area. All and all I’m not impressed with this store.

Two times this Dunkin Donuts has put sugar in my coffee when I’ve asked for Splenda. Obviously, shaking and tearing open Splenda packets is too much effort. If you’re diabetic do not trust they are making your drinks the way you ordered!

Dunkin Donuts strikes again! I don’t understand how you can advertise a product, a «coolatta» and be completely out of the product… Not just out of certain flavors of it… Completely out of it! So I go to order an iced coffee, out of Carmel swirl! I must just be getting a sign that I am not supposed to come to Dunkin Donuts! I wish the items I want weren’t so eye catching, I really just want to try one! Maybe next time!

This Dunkin Donuts had a great location on the way to the beach. We picked up a dozen bagels to go along with cream cheese. They didnt have a tub of large low fat cream cheese, so they charged us for a large tub and gave us a few small containers(we received less cream cheese than if we purchased a large tub, but it didnt end up mattering). The D&D was fairly busy and it took about 10 minutes for them to slice our dozen bagels.

Slow service. Almost annoyed with taking an order. Food and drinks were standard. For Florida, overpriced.
