Meet the Manager

Eric F.

Manager

I started in 2001 as a sales representative for Nextel in McAllen, TX. One day one of my good customers came in despaired as his business cellphone took a dive into a puddle and no longer turned on. Repair companies didn’t exist then. with a strong electronics and mechanical background, having some tools in my car, I asked the customer if he would be okay with letting me open his phone to see if there was anything I could do, he said «go for it». Upon opening his device I quickly found this issue and fixed it, put it back together and voila! a fully functional Motorola phone! He was so thrilled, he left and spread the good word. We quickly started doing repairs in store and became an Authorized Service Center that I was proud to run. I have since run and trained for many places in the Rio Grande Valley and have had the opportunity to manage many of the uBreakiFix locations in San Antonio and have been growing with them ever since. I am very proud to do what I do and My work shows!
