Recently purchased a new Chrysler and the service was amazing, in all honesty i did have my concerns as of previously purchasing a dodge from this same dealership a few years back, but Management and Staff have changed drastically. Previously i always dreaded coming in but since new management was put in to place, all my concerns are actually taken care of, i’m informed of all my options and i’m actually helped in making sure i can get the best deal i can. Im glad i decided to give them a second chance and look forward to possibly getting a 3^rd vehicle sometime in the future.

First off I love my truck, but this outfit is shady at best. They lied to me numerous times before and during the sale. The worst part of all is, its been 6mo later and they constantly spam my email, my cell phone (with calls and text), and home phone. The price was not to bad but they lured me over with a lower price then changed it when I was present (a little higher than the next lower dealership)

Told them where I wanted to be out the door and they did their best to get there. I had been shopping for about 6 mos. They earned my business. Great staff. Sales Manager great to work with. I was a tough nut to crack, but they made it happen.

Very good experience. Kimberly answered the phone when I called to verify they had the car I wanted in stock. With her friendly assurance that the Jeep I wanted was available I mad the drive from Visalia to Selma. Mich was very helpful after I got their and we finalized the purchase at the price quoted in the Internet. Met Kimberly during the visit and thanked her — told her she was the reason I made the drive. After the paperwork was complete Mich offered to deliver our new Jeep to our home in Visalia — this same me a trip back with my wife later that same day.

Flat out lied to us. We found a vehicle on their website that we were interested in and submitted an online request to see it. We received a phone call the next day, let them know we’d be by in a few hours to see it and wanted to double check it was really on the lot because we were traveling from Clovis. She assured us it was on the lot and we were on our way. We arrived as promised and the salesman approached us «you guys are early!». We were made to wait in the lobby for 20 mins while the «internet» gal was on a phone call, only to have her come out and tell us the salesman would help us as «she just hides in the back». The salesman then proceeds to tell us the vehicle we wanted to see was in fact, NOT on the lot, in fact, they sold it A WEEK AGO. «But, we have an even BETTER one for you to see. It’s newer and only $ 7k MORE. really?
I asked why they didn’t actually check the lot and his excuse was «well, she can only see what’s on the computer and it said it was still here». I explained the lot was mere steps outside the door and someone could have made a visual check — or, you know, updated the inventory when it was sold A WEEK AGO. «Well, we get like 50 phone calls a day…» I’m sorry, I saw at least three people sitting or standing around looking very bored. I don’t buy it. It’s also your job to give accurate info.
They knowingly lied to us about the vehicle we wanted to see so they could get us to drive 35 mins only to find out they used the ol’ bait n switch on us. You really thought we’d spend a dime with you, let alone an extra $ 7k. SWINDLED!!!

Horrible Service!!! The sales person gave me an APR and payment I was not happy with, I explained to him and showed him we were pre approved from my bank and capital one .The finance manager tried to talk me out of using them. I had told him I already spoke to A dealership in fresno but I wanted the Kia they had here. I wanted him to submit the number the Capital one so I can compare all three. He refused to do so and his exact words were «kick rocks homie! Go to Fresno then» I don’t know his name he was a light skinned toned gentlemen bald and Mexican. These guys are horrible!!! I would never recommend these people to anyone never!!! I will say our salesman was awesome! He did a great job with everything!!! I don’t remember his name. He was from Dinuba. Bout 6 feet tall.

I been looking for a brand new jeep for a couple weeks, everyone i talked to as overpriced and refused to make a deal with me.
I got in contact with David Cox at Selma Jeep and this guy did great working with me and getting it to the price i needed. I drove from bakersfield to selma and they made sure i was treated right, Marcos (a young salesmen) was more than helpful and polite, i have bought a few cars in the past but never had a great experience like this, sales manager was also great and respectful.
They are all very military friendly so that was a plus myself being a vet and the dealership employed a few vets
In a few years when i would like to upgrade my jeep or get one for the wife, the first place i will call is Selma Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
