Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger. Insanely delicious. A combination of Steak and Shake and Five Guys. The shoestring fries are among the thinnest I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back and try the dogs!

I’d give this place 5 stars but the manager was an ass. I watched him be rude to one of this employees and then laughed at him behind his back. This is very unprofessional. Everything was amazing except the management, that’s why they are getting a 2

It’s not better than IN-N-out in Cali… the burger was fine. The girl that took our ordered was super nice! The bathrooms where a bit dirty!

This is my first visit to a Freddy’s restaurant. Came in during the a weekday around lunch time. No problems getting to the restaurant or finding parking. Easy in/out access from I35. Brought my family and ordered 3 combo meals with drinks with a chocolate brownie sundae and a small milkshake. Customer service was friendly and fast. Our food came out in less than 5min and was hot. Their food was much better than what I expected. I really enjoyed their chocolate milk shake. It’s not like some of the ones you get at other places that use vanilla and chocolate syrup or chocolate flavor. They use real chocolate ice cream. Total cost of the meal was around $ 27. The atmosphere was also good. No complaints here. Was able to relax and use their free WiFi. Overall positive experience. Plan to come back with my family.

I work for a company that gives me a $ 10.00/head budget for lunch when I am training. I asked the local students for a place that was not a chain that spoke well of the area. They took me here and Freddy’s did not disappoint. Prompt, professional, and friendly service in the midst of a full dining room at the peak of a lunch rush. The food was served quick and hot, the patty melt akin to the best diners, and a clean pleasant envirment will bring me back.

I love the burgers. Finally a place where you can get a combo hotdog and burger and fries. Top of your meal with dirt and worms or have a delicious concrete. My favorite burger place.

I went to Freddy’s as a reward for winning a game and the manager makes me wait at least 10 minutes because he is chatting in the phone for me to get an order and then on top of that he put pickles on my burger and if that wasn’t enough there was also no bacon. I think I’ll spend my money else where

I absolutely love the burgers. Watching my diet now so I decided on the grilled chicken sandwich. Sadly disappointed. Rubbery, and flavorless. Clearly suffering from being frozen. Sticking with what they do best from now on, burgers.

This a good Freddy’s. The staff are always smiling when my mom and I come here. I brought my bf here for the first time and he had a great experience as well. But you can’t go wrong with Freddys they have delicious shoestring french fries with their Freddys secret seasoning that tastes oh-so-good.

Ordered the double burger with crisp bacon combo. Similar to the Steak and Shake chain but way better. The fries are addicting.

This review is for the Forum location. Have had orders messed up in the drive through before but never experienced the ineptitude of tonight. They screwed up every part of my meal even after I corrected them when they re-verified the order at the window. Should have known better but I didn’t check my order until I got home. Burger had cheese when I asked for none, drink was wrong, dirt & worms concrete had no worms and there was no fry sauce when I specifically asked for it no less than four times! Even with the joke that my wife would kill me if I came back without fry sauce. On top of all that, when I drive back to get my order fixed, I get attitude about it? Then the cook just dumps the new bag on the counter without a word. I even had to reach over the counter to get my own to go container for the fry sauce since no one was around to help. And for a perfect ending, when I got home the fries were old and cold. I think they just took the fries out of the old bag. On my last visit, I ended up with a melted, soupy concrete and thought it was just a fluke. Fool me once… Definitely my last visit to Freddy’s. I will stick with the Chick fil a next door and Five Guys Burgers in the Forum.

Good food but do not go on a Friday night during high school football season. At least before or after the game.

Came in with expectations that were all met until I decided to order a sundae before taking off. I ordered the dirt n’ worms and added 2 toppings which were an additional 0.60 cents each. I only got one extra topping I asked for when I paid for 2. Other than that disappointment, I was pleased with the quality.

Horrible service. Picked up food in drive through and got home to realize that not a single item was correct. Took it all the way back and the only response we got was«dude, that’s been happening all day.» No apology of any kind. Will not go back.

Sorry guys, this place tanked. The service was average, and the food was like eating bricks of salt. Maybe I caught them on a bad day?

Good burgers for fast food. Nothing too special. They use really good pickles, if that matters to you. The bacon was real. The French fries are as good as everyone says. Didn’t try the custard. Overall, the burger had a weird taste to it, like something wasn’t cooked all the way. Might have been the different taste from the pickles. They were extremely busy so they must be good.

Stopped by this location over Christmas weekend 2015. What is with the employees here now? Grouchy, snappy, rude. They seem like they don’t want to be there. Then, quit! More out there willing to take your place. — — — — — - Burgers, hot dogs, shakes, ice cream… yum! I normally get the burger & hot dog combo = best of both worlds! Their skinny fries are delish… especially with the cheese dip. I normally top off my meal with dessert = frozen custard with brownie chunks.

OUTSTANDING burgers and frozen yogurt. They also have some of the best Chicago style hot dogs in town. They will NOT disappoint!

Visting family for the Holidays we were taken to a number of their favorite places one of which was Freddy’s they said they loved the fries and the custard. Okay cool going in there with a open mind and lets see what we could get. I ordered a Steakburger and Fries and a chocolate custard. Okay for me the burger was average but I did really like the fries thin crispyish fries which I love to eat at one of the Burger places back home in Hawaii(Kua a’ina Burgers) which has the same kind of fries which I love of course the burger at Freddy’s can’t even come close to Kua A’ina but probably on par with some of the lesser joints But still not bad but nothing to write home about the custard I found to be a bit more creamy than most places but I didn’t notice anything too special about it maybe I should have tried some other flavor also. I would summarize Freddy’s as having a decent burger good shoestring fries with a nice touch of having frozen custard which although nothing outstanding is a good decent meal
