Tried this Chuck E Cheese to see if it was better. Nope. They have less game. The game people want is not working. Lots of games did not give tickets.

My daughter and I come to this location once a week/every other week for our«Daddy Daughter Dates». The people working here and the management are always nice and the dining area and games are always fairly clean. We have never really had any issues with service, food quality, or bad experiences. The people nitpicking this store or Chuck E Cheese in general have not visited the repulsive, rundown, and unclean Mr. Gatti’s a couple of miles down the road.

This place makes people vomit. Literally. The place is pathetic. We had issues throughout our stay. E.g., when we came in we asked them to clean our table and despite multiple reminders it just never happened. The food was beyond bad(we expect bad from Chuck E Cheese), some of it was simply inedible. The response from staff, indifferent and unapologetic. But, here is the icing on the cake, a kid vomited on the carpet in front of us(not our kid), we reported the problem immediately to management and then waited for 30 minutes for them to clean up while reminding management every five minutes and watching little kids run over it barefoot(kids, don’t run barefoot at Chuck E Cheese!). When we raised concerns about the response time to vomit clean up, we were told that everyone was in the back making pizza, so there was no one to clean up. I suppose when they finally did they went back to making pizza…

Pizza was good and my son had fun, but a quarter of machines broken. The staff took 15 minutes helping one family trade in tickets. Very rude and poor service today.

I’m giving 2 stars only because the manager, Brian, was extremely nice and offered to fix the issue without having to be prompted. He even offered to be our hostess as they were understaffed and above capacity. I scheduled an online birthday party for my son but when we arrived our reservation wasn’t listed. The lady at the door pretty much just put us aside and we waited with a baby and the older kids about 10 minutes. I have an autistic 2 year old and he doesn’t do well waiting. Nobody stamped their hands as advertised on TV either. The manager tried squeezing us in a birthday table but I decided just to take a booth since they were overbooked. He gave us about 400 tokens, medium pizza and free drinks. The bathrooms are very dirty, many machines are broken, certain areas smell strongly of moth balls and the staff seems a bit slow and confused. My group had fun but I will try a different location next time if I ever go back. Anyway this place needs a good restructuring starting at the door.

When we got there, had to wait at the front counter for 10 minutes until we could get help. Food was okay and the place was a mess. Only positive was that my son had fun

I would give this sh*t hole negative stars if it was an option. The woman at the front was miserable. Couldn’t even tell us the inch size of the individual pizza size. I asked for a to go box and she gave me the ugliest look. Maddie, I know your life sucks because you work at chuck e cheese, but don’t take it out on paying customers. We’re the reason you get paid to live your miserable life.

This place is a tremendous rip off. You will be raped by the token system. The sheer speed at which the kids can spend the tokens is insane. It takes several to do anything then it only last a minute. Do you’re self a favor and go to ZDT’s. $ 20 per person then that’s it. You can put your wallet away!

The only reason I have for going here is «it’s a kid’s birthday party.» Chuck E. Cheese & friends put on a mini show for the birthday kids. They even have a chance to go into the ticket machine and try to catch as many tickets as possible while air is blowing all around them. Pizza isn’t the best, but I heard it has improved. Chuck E. Cheese is younger and shorter? HA. The team could have been a little more enthusiastic cuz it looks like a bunch of human robots moving to a practiced, boring routine. The videos that come on are pretty corny, but I guess it’s not for the adults. Party planners can buy little cups of coins for their guests to play. I heard stories of how parents would get drunk(cuz they serve beer?) and get into fights here. Didn’t see it this time, but I did see a lot of kids crying, screaming, wrestling, pushing, shoving, and temper tantrums. Ahhh, entertainment. Personally, I rather go to Dave and Buster’s for the more adult«playground», but if you’re stuck here for a kid birthday party… why not enjoy yourself and join in on the games too?

We were here this weekend for a nephew’s 7th birthday. I was actually quite impressed. First of all, it is clean! Much cleaner than you would expect seeing as though there are literally hundreds of children eating and drinking and playing. Also, it was not a crazy noisy as a remember it being when my kid was little. The party helper was great. The part where Chuck came out was a little disorganized, but fun. I did not eat, but I heard that the pizza was mediocre — more on par with frozen pizza than a pizzeria. But, you really don’t go for the food when you go here. They set up everything and clean up everything for you, even the wrapping paper from the opened gifts — which is great. The most important part was that the kids had an absolute ball. The tokens lasted just the right amount of time(the games only take 1 each). Everyone was happy and had a good time which is what you want in a birthday party.

This is by far my favorite Chuck E Cheese… I drive across town just to go to this specific one :) Service is usually second to none(for Chuck E Cheese) but this time checking out and getting our prizes ended up being a huge hassel.

Came on a Saturday at 6:00 and luckily found a table. Food was quick. Pizza was extremely bland. Not good. The portion for a large was good but the taste was not.

Overcrowded on weekends. The salad bar was a hot mess. Unsupervised kids. I went here for a birthday party and its nothing like when I was a kid. Disappointed and will not return. Ever.

All games are 1 token. If you have coupons food is cheaper.
