Great Service Advisor, Parts Man in store. We needed a new refrigerator and worked with parts guy via email frrom Minnesota before arriving. We had great advice and great competitive pricing. Perception is Lazydays costs more, but I challenge that. They know what they are doing, have the right equipment and manpower to do job right and quickly which saved alot on labor costs along with price matching competition. We have used Lazydays for years… love this place.
Noticed some negative reviews which I am sure probably happened, but are minimal when you realize they have over 200 service bays snd the number of people that go in and out every day. As a former business owner, as hard as you try, sometimes things head South.
Will always use Lazydays as our primary service provider. Great job Lazydays!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment we drove up to the front door of welcoming smiles and cold water to the day we left, it was a great experience.
Dale Hall was our sales consultant, We recommend him highly. He is knowledgable, very patient and good natured. We had fun with him!
Andy Woods our delivery advisor and his team Steve and Manny were so helpful with our camper and helped us so much. They also were great fun.
We purchased a camper stayed there for two nights to test it out, it was perfect for us and we are very happy with it.
They have a cafeteria that serves breakfast and lunch maybe even dinner we never checked that out but, the food was fresh and delish! GREAT!

This place has the biggest selection of recreational vehicles that I’ve ever seen!!! I purchased a Motorhomes in 2007 from them and now we are trading it in and ordering a new 2016 RV. I have to say the only reason I only give them 3 stars is because you really have to beat them up on the prices and I hate that part!!! But if you keep at them long enough, they will get down to a reasonable price.

This was a GREAT experience. From my initial introduction on the TV and Internet; to the first time I called for service; through scheduling a service appointment; to timely check-​in by (R.J. Yensco) through the completion of the service. I was SUPER impressed with the professionalism of EVERYONE including the service advisers, technicians, facilities, etc. I am now retired but provided customer service all my career. I am from the old school that GREAT customer service is KEY to a successful relationship. I applaud and appreciate the professionalism and attention to every detail at Lazydays.
I want to especially call out the great experience with R.J. Yensco and the very experienced technician that service my coach. It was a pleasure discussing the technical details of the service I wanted done on the RV. It is a REAL pleasure doing business with Lazydays. I originally bought my RV at Camping World and have been extremely frustrated and disappointed at their lack of expertise and caring. I live in Tallahassee, FL which is 300 miles away from Lazydays in Tampa. However, I WILL now always bring my RV to Lazydays for service. I also plan to shop Lazydays FIRST for my next RV in a few years. Thank you VERY much for an excellent experience.

What a great place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the minute you walk in the door. Our sales rep took the time to find out what we were looking for and found it for us. While they were getting it ready they found something that were not working and changed our pick up date. We are so glad that they took the time to fix it so we wouldn’t have problems on our trip. It’s like they have everything you could ever need in place for your RV. We will be back when we are ready to get another camper.

My wife and I went to Lazydays RV center to look for an upgrade. We have been looking for awhile and gone to several dealerships that either had little inventory or most commonly, treated us like we were a nuisance. The staff at Lazydays and I mean all the staff we met greeted us with welcome and cheerful greetings. Everyone we came across asked if they could help us. It’s not to often you go to a business like this one. We went to by a pre-​owned and left buying a new 2016 model for less than what we have found for used. It’s been a great experience so far I highly recommend Lazydays.

We took our Coach back recently for five items: a gold service (oil, filters, suspension, tires, etc. etc. etc.), the passenger side motion sensitive awning wasn’t working, the rails on the slide door in front of the washing machine was broken, we had a hole in the floor behind the back passenger slide where cabling came up, and the dash gauges were intermittently swinging on and off, indicating a probable grounding problem somewhere. I then made the mistake of saying that i really needed the coach back by the 4^th of July for a trip… some 19 days later.
I brought the coach in on a Monday for work to start on the next day. By the end of Tuesday, the intermittent gauges were fixed-​grounding connection on the back of the gauge panel. By the end of Wednesday, the awning issue was diagnosed and «a part was ordered». The gold service was started and completed. A week and a half later– Friday of the next week-​nothing else was accomplished. I got an email in that said the parts guy says the part will be in on Monday. That day, while in the coach, I remembered that the passenger side slide window wouldn’t open (slide rail issue) and mentioned it since we were still there. Within the hour, the tech saw that it was a broken rail attachment, found a spare part in a back room and put it in. So, 3 things out of 6 accomplished.
On Wednesday of the next week, I get an email that says that the rails were in but that the wrong part came in for the awning from Tiffin. So, Wednesday night, I asked that the door rail be installed and the door put back on because I’ll be by Friday morning and settle what has been done. I’m frustrated that over two weeks later, I’m not out of there.
I show up Friday morning and the door was still laying on the bed, the rail was not installed. I asked to close out the work now, I need to be on my way. I asked for the order number for the awning that Tiffin would recognize because I wanted to call them and vent a little. I was then told that the LazyDays parts system ordered the wrong part. Then, after a phone call, I was told that the awning part was never ordered. Then, if I could wait 30 minutes, they could move the coach into a bay and put the washing machine rails and door back on. I said forget it. I’ll do it. I collected my rails, paid for the things that were done, and got out of there. And I still have an awning that doesn’t work.
Going back for service: never.

Stay Away, amazing selection and showroom sales force is the powerhouse here, Service is shameful.
Selection and Price are what its all about, these guys give worst service I could imagine. Sales guys are cool and I really liked them which is why I made it as long as I have before writing this but after 3 months of repairs and warranty issues, Bogus repair charges that once the manufacturer warranties the work, it becomes ¹⁄₁₀^th the work proposed when I was paying the bill versus a manufacturer paying for warranty. I just cant see how I can recommend others to come here and trust what these guys are doing to represent your best interests.
These guys were not looking out for me. I bring Trailer in with broken canopy, they tell me warranty was denied by manufacturer, I then follow up with manufacturer trying to make sure that they review the conditions and evaluate based on that, I then find out no claim was made on my behalf and the manufacturer must first have a claim denied submitted by an authorized dealer, before they can review for appeal, a couple of weeks go by Lazydays calls me to confirm the claim was denied by manufacturer.
I immediately follow up with manufacturer, and they still have no claim? I request from Lazydays confirmation as to claim #, it turns out the denial was «verbal» and no formal submittal made. Damn, I have spent three weeks back and forth with Lazydays and the manufacturer, have multiple emails documenting that I am directly in contact with manufacturer and trying to get them to review warranty. To add insult to injury I am told the cost of canopy repair is 2500, when it seems I am going to be denied, I send authorization to proceed with repairs as needed. Eventually with the communication between myself and Carefree Awnings, the manufacturer, they determine that they will warranty the awning, Excellent. Only to find out that Lazydays had completed the repair but must now undo the repairs in order to honor warranty as they did more work than was necessary for the awning. In my thinking the repair and warranty are same work, yet somehow that’s not the case. All trust lost from these two events that clearly show, its not about ensuring the clients best interest are in view.
True to behavior so far I got to pick up my Trailer, when I’m there I roll it it out looks good, So I hook up and take it home, I get home its been in storage at lazydays for almost 3 months and needs a wash, I break out the soap and scrubbers to discover after washing it that it is leaking, right where the new canopy arm installed, this prompts to roll it out again and what do I discover they also did not bother to reconnect the LED light on my awning.

Really great experience. Knowledgeable sales guys and very smooth purchase transaction. Great selection, if you can’t find what you want here you either don’t want an RV or you want an airstream… all good!

We have purchased several rvs at lazy days, they gave us a good deal and fair trade in value, the sales people are professional and the sales manager Glenn Soper is the best! As far as I’m concerned they are #1 rv dealership

This is an RV giant store. They got all the toys, I mean everything you could ever want. Bring your cash big boy toys aren’t cheap and you can’t bring enough cash here.

If I could rate it a minus 5 stars I would. We’ve spent more time here than on the road. Everytime we come here they never complete the work on the list and have broken things that weren’t broken before. Always seem to have to pay the deductible for things that were under warranty but aren’t because we wait months to get it serviced. Our coach leaked the first weekend we got it home. Took them 2 years to figure that out. They kept saying it didn’t leak even though I took pics and finally video of it running out. Never buy another thing from them again.

The idea of Lazy Days is awesome. Tons of RVs to look through and mechanics galore and all the other things they offer. However. Our experience was pretty interesting… we came in with our kids because we are a family and we RV together and want them to like the bus too. We were assigned a salesperson to see us around. She proceeded to show us around as we were looking for a particular coach feature. It was an hour or so till closing time so we weren’t planning on driving them, just check them out and come back later. She took us to 4 coaches that matched the description, 2 of which she literally stayed in the golf cart as we walked through the coach by ourselves… Not sure if she didn’t think we could afford them or what but that’s what happened.
We were none too impressed but didn’t want to hold that experience against them so when a coach came in that sounded great for us we decided to negotiate for the coach to purchase it and have them hold it for us. We even made the trip back with the kids to check it out. It’s the one we have wanted for years so we planned on bucking up and making the purchase. This is where things went awry yet again. I will spare all the details but will say that at Lazy Days they are first and foremost salespeople. And not in a good way. In a try and get you to spend as much as possible, give you every sales pitch in the book, type of way (they even told me other people were waiting on the coach, so I said ok give it to them, and they changed their tone and tried to negotiate further with me and have a manager call me). None the less, we had to go out of state to find a dealer who shot us straight and saved us 20 grand on the exact same 185k ish coach with even less miles. And they offered all of the same services as Lazy Days, minus the restaurant and golf cart ride. And they took our trade vehicle.
So in conclusion and the only reason I take the time to write this is to say: I’m not against Lazy Days, but know that they put fun titles on all the things they offer you to try and rationalize the price increase they will try and make you pay. I’m more of a put your best foot forward and give me a fair price from the beginning, kind of guy. The price the manager whispered to me toward the end was $ 20,000 less than what they tried to charge me at the start and they wouldn’t take my trade. If they wouldn’t have tried to work me over the ending would have been different, and honestly we would have loved to join the Lazy Days family! The manager even gave me the old, «well „the salesperson“ says your wife loves the coach so what’s it gonna take…» Haha my wife never told her that… like I said, anything to get you to spend more.
Well that’s my story, hope everyone gets the RV they love for the fair price they deserve!

We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked in the front door everyone was very professional very welcoming it was a fabulous experience our sales person terry cramer was great I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an RV.

Lazy Days is truly dedicated to making sure their customers are happy. They go above and beyond to make your RV purchasing and service is a memorable experience. If you are a dog lover and need service they have the nicest waiting area I have ever seen and your dog is not only welcome but will be spoiled with all the attention they will experience.

We just purchased a used travel trailer from LazyDays and couldn’t be happier. We had an unprofessional experience with one sales person, but when we explained what happened to the manager, LazyDays made it right. With the amount of sales they have, you can’t expect everything to run smoothly with each customer. However, we spoke up and told the manager and they made it right. You can’t ask for more. Our second sales person, Laura, was super! She was very attentive to our needs and wants and fit us with a camper that is just perfect! She was a delite to work with. I think Laura was as excited for us as we were! The service department was very attentive to the safety of our camper before delivery and made sure we were safe to take our used camper home. They went the extra mile to make us feel confident in traveling with a different camper. They took the time to answer all our questions and then some. I would highly recommend LazyDays and ask for Laura!!!

We bought our Coach from Lazy Days in 2012. Great deal. But be warned. AVOID THEIR SERVICE DEPT. They are perhaps the worst shop I have ever dealt with. They take forever to get things done. Customers wait for days to get simple jobs done. The communication is awful, you never no what’s going on with your coach. The waiting rooms are filled with angry customers. If you plan on getting your service done here prepare to stay a while. A week or more is very common.

A nice BIG Mega RV dealership. Did I say big. They have their own campground and restaurants on site, tech classes on RV use, and have over 100 sales people and hundreds of RV’s on site. It is so big you have to ride around the lot on a golf cart. I was impressed.

I had a recent encounter at lazy days RV center for their service department. I found out that they needed to replace my AC unit on my travel trailer and their prices were below every other dealer around the surrounding area and the mobile dealers that can come to you. I had them perform the service and it was done at a reasonable cost and it was easy to deal with the service writer Rufus, check-​in and checkout was easily done.
Will definitely recommend them for their price and their quality of service to the service writers all away up to completion.
Call around and look for prices you will find that lazy days has the lowest prices on most of their service work if they do not negotiate with the service writer and they will perform the service at the same price as the other locations.

HOW GOOD A BUSINESS IS LAZY DAYS RV CENTER? What more do you need to know about a company and staff that literally SAVED MY LIFE, paid attention to what was most important after going above and beyond in technical support, and truly exemplify customer service at its best– for any size business. I went out of my way to go here based on the advice of premier experts in the RV World– Gary Bunzer the RV Doctor and Doug Swarts who developed the Polychute and Drainmaster systems. I am so blessed that I did!
MY STORY: New and naïve to RVing, I needed to help my husband realize his dream to cycle all 50 states in one year for veterans. Advised by friends to get a RV, I went to a conference for new RVers and met the «Rock Stars» of the RV World (Gary Bunzer– RV Doctor, Walter Cannon– RV Safety, Gary Motley– RV Maintenance to name a few headliners. the most caring and talented folks you could ever hope to meet.) I loaded their contact into my speed dial in case of emergencies. I was ready!
As a combat veteran with two masters degrees, the task I dreaded most? Dumping the black water!
A STEEP LEARNING CURVE. We drove from WA state to our starting point in upper state New York. The first day of the Tour, all RV and logistic support (feeding him, refueling, RV site selection, driving, towing our car, media engagement… you name it… tasks fell to me, to include DUMPING the BLACK WATER. If you’ve ever seen the movie «RV» with Robin Williams, you will know how many days, especially early on turned into many time-​consuming or unpleasant tasks.
A real problem started early. My black water leaked through the RV pipe between dumpings. I called the RV Doctor– Gary Bunzer regularly to offer helpful advice as issues arose. With my black water system, he kept telling me «that is not right!» One day, Gary said he had an idea with his friend Doug Swarts, developer of the Polychute system (I had and liked) and of the Drainmaster system (a reliable and easy electronic valve system to handle the black and gray water tasks). Doug was happy to help, looked at our route, and said to go to a place called Lazy Days RV Center near Tampa Florida in Seffner. He would send them the Drainmaster system to install. It was a little off our route, but workable so we set our plans to go.
THE LAZY DAYS EXPERIENCE. With hundreds of maintenance bays to work on RVs, Lazy Days fed us lunch and dinner while we waited. Doug Swarts and Lazy Days also did not charge for their services to install our new Drainmaster system, assisting our efforts to support veterans. Okay to look at any recalled items for our particular RV?- Absolutely! Aware of one recall, they found 4, including one for our brake calipers. Technician Mike Fanelli fixed them and checked the rest of our chassis, discovering a completely fractured leaf spring plate. Removed it, the connections fell into pieces. Our RV leaf spring was a terrible accident waiting to happen! Imagine failing on a 22,000 pound vehicle at 55+ mph, very likely since this was only the first two months of our planned one-​year 50 state tour. Now aware of the metal defect in the leaf spring, Lazy Days working closely with Workhorse Chassis, had me up and running the next day– no additional cost. We asked Lazy Days to check out the rest of the RV «as if they were me». Upon inspection, they found the seal around our 28′ slide was compromised. This was frustrating for us, since the RV was less than two years old. In hindsight, another timely repair. Soon after, a severe wind storm ripped our slide protective canopy. This new seal prevented any leaks under many adverse conditions for the entire year.
Recommendation: GO OUT OF YOUR WAY to visit the Lazy Days RV Center. Other RV-​related businesses? Be honored to affiliate with a company that epitomizes genuine customer service. Lazy Days RV Center saved the life of this new RVer, our little dog Daisy, and likely my husband, if the leaf spring failed when traveling in the RV after picking him up at the end of his 60+ mile cycling days. The best part? Not another issue with leakage or black water problems after getting my new Drainmaster system. We are grateful to the Lazy Days’ staff in helping me drive 26,000+ miles in one year to support our veterans, military and families. What else did I learn? Unpleasant things that happen to me, such as my black water problem, might be disguised as something needing to be done that just might save my life. I GIVE LAZY DAYS RV CENTER MY HIGHEST RATING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT.
