The Mello Group operates in all of Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. We broker in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. We also specialize in New Construction by assisting clients with the entire process of building a new home, from finding a location, to securing financing and hiring a builder. We also represent large builders and developers in the area, marketing large-​scale, multi-​year residential projects in both Providence and surrounding communities. We are a small group of full-​time sales professionals who take our business seriously and work extraordinarily hard to exceed the needs of our clients.

History

Established in 2011.

The Mello Group began, as a team working under the RE/​MAX umbrella with Jennifer and Gary Mello in 2004. In 2011, Gary and Jennifer established «The Mello Group Inc» and located the business in Seekonk MA, where we travel to serve clients throughout RI and Southeastern MA. Our company is made up of full-​time professionals who are aggressive and passionate about Real Estate and about establishing long-​term relationships with our clients.

Business Owner

Gary Mello has been serving clients in all their Real Estate needs since 2004. He is also a member of both the National Association of Realtors and Greater Providence Board of Realtors. He and his team worked under the REMAX International brand from 2004 through 2011, where they were awarded several state and office sales awards. In 2011 the team launched «The Mello Group», headquartered in Seekonk, MA. More recently, Gary has specialized in assisting clients in the design/​build of new custom homes. He collaborates with his clients in the selection of land, builders, and architects and manages the entire customer process from start to finish. Gary graduated from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI with a B.A. in Psychology and also served on both the Bristol Fire Department and Rescue Squad from 1995 to 2002. Gary has a passion for Real Estate. He is focused on providing exceptional service and attention to all his clients.
