At first the service here was excellent. Then all of a sudden things changed and the attitude of the manager and receptionist became poor, they were rude and short with the customers…. and «whoever that guy is thats in that golf cart that follows people to their storage unit within a minutes time and as soon as their unit door was open, was just too creepy. It was brought to the managers attention and I think she tried to do something about it. Then my lock was broken off my unit. I went to the manager then also. They didn’t know anything they said. I asked them to please look at their video surveillance to see who broke in. They said they would do that, I removed my items after that. Something is really wrong when they have all this security and «Customers Locks are broken off and they can’t find out who did it??? Something very fishy going on at those storage units.

First and foremost, they have great customer service here, the guy in the office explained all of the terms of renting a unit to me and went around with me to show me how to work everything. Plus, they even offer the use of a truck to help move your stuff in or out!
The facility is really clean and seems to be pretty safe, which is important for me, being the particular, cleanliness-​obsessed person I am. They have both walk-​up/​drive-​up not climate-​controlled units and climate-​controlled indoor units. Everything was so hassle-​free and easy, from getting the unit to unloading and moving my stuff into my unit.

Great storage facility. Easy to get to off 195 and very clean. Best place around. I can drive right up to my unit, digital cameras and security gate. Safe place for the stuff that I care about.
