This is a great family place to take your car. My husband and I did not know where to take our Suburban in to get it repaired. OReillys referred us to Puget Sound Automotive. We called them on the phone first and wow how nice they were. The owners wife told us to bring it buy anytime. We thought it was the water pump. Showed up 2 weeks later and immediately came out and looked at it. Yep, its the waterpump. They gave us an estimate in writing which was good for 30 days. Then in about 2 days we had brake issues. Took truck in without making an appointment. They saw us right away and off we went with our second estimate. We had two major things happen to us. We made an appointment for the first repair. We dropped it off, had lunch and walked around Sedro. Less than 2 hours we were on our way. Same thing for the brakes. We felt very good about bringing out truck here for repairs. We went to several other places to compare and they would not give us the time of day. We were told to make an appointment and come back tomorrow. We knew we had made the right choice. Thank you Travis so much for all your work and going the extra mile! Cliff the owner told us, always come by if you have any concerns or questions. Eric is another mechanic there who is great. They are all awesome, great family repair shop to take your car in and feel comfortable. This will always be our repair shop now! Can not thank you enough for keeping us safe!

Friendly. Great service. Honest guys. Good prices. Eric came in on a day they were closed and got my car back to me before the weekend.
