In a cozy lodge-​like atmosphere, enjoy fine Espresso, in-​house baked cheesecakes, savory quiches, house-​made sodas and more. We’re certified gluten-​free, though you’d never know it!

Munchies does not have food with marijuana in it. However, our food may get you high as it is quite heavenly. (We’re next door to Smuggler Brothers Marijuana Mercantile).

Our family friendly atmosphere also shares an adjoining space with a fabulous organic clothing store, Naked Clothing.

Greetings!

We just opened Munchies this Fall, 2015, and I am very happy to be meeting all you local Skagitonians and travelers. I myself was born and raised in Bellingham, up North a bit, the fourth generation to live and run businesses in that town. I earned my education in opera singing, which took me all sorts of fun places, and throughout my 20s tried out various career paths until I finally settled on entrepreneurship. My first couple runs were unsuccessful financially, and then I decided to open an organic clothing shop with my then-​boyfriend in Bellingham. We were inspired to bring something so comfortable, and also kinder to the environment, to the public. We knew we had something great, and our customers voiced it also.

We ran that for two years, in the meantime getting married. When I got pregnant we decided to move our clothing store, Naked Clothing, closer to home, and since we are huge fans of food, decided to open a Café too. Thus Munchies was born!
