History

Established in 2011.

Prior to moving to this special place, I lived, worked and raised a family in the SoCal area. From the early 1970’s until today, I watched the housing market expand and contract. Real Estate continues to be a passion of mine as it has been for over 35 years.

With my extensive sales experience, knowledge of real estate and ability to create lasting relationships with my clients, I know together, we can navigate this interesting time in real estate with ease.

Manager

My career spanned 36 years at UPS. I started as a part time Teamster employee became a driver for 6 years and worked my way up mid level manager. I managed departments and package centers as well as hub and air operations in Southern California. I started the Quality Department and trained 800 management people in the fine art of World Class Service. As a member of the senior staff in a district of 5000 + employees, I managed the process and direction in all aspects of Total Quality.

When I retired, I became interested in web design and continued to enjoy photography. I received a BSBAM from University of Redlands, and I minored in marketing. I help my wife with all the technology as well as Real Estate Photography including aerial photography, and manage our marketing campaign. Married for 40+ years, we are best friends first, life long partners and work together in unison for the good of our clients.
