Sedona Airport Administration

We call this a $ 100 hamburger flight. We have charted planes several times from Deer Valley airport and have flown into Sedona Airport a handful of times. What a magnificent experience! Wonderful day trip. For a quick jaunt or if you’re just fueling up stop and have a hamburger at the Mesa Airport Restaurant located at the airport.
food is good, quick and service is friendly.
The last time we flew in we rented a car (they have a rental car office there) and drove into town for the afternoon. It’s a small little airport, really nice, (and I’ve been to some ghost-​town looking Municipal’s but this was exceptional) located on a Mesa so when you fly in WOW, spectacular views of the Red Rocks. The airport is nestled high on top of the mesa (hence the restaurant name). The airport staff is very friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to do if you are new, but having visited Sedona so many times I always had my favorite spots to go. For aviation enthusiasts, its a cute airport to go to and sit to have some breakfast and watch the planes come in.
