History
Established in 2011.
Our Restaurnat operation was leased to different purveyors throughout the years. We decided to run it in-house, remodeling the interior, upgrading our kitchen and brining in a ‘first-rate’ team and chef. Great food, excellent service and a gorgeous view, make Redstone Grill and Patio a must stop!

Manager
My name is Dillon and I am the Chef at your new restaurant Redstone. My training was a combination of a European method of apprenticeship called Stáge and self over indulgence in the craft that I adore. Before coming to Redstone, I have had a career that has spanned nearly two decades from one end of our country to the other. When I was working on the East coast, I had the great pleasure of cooking for past Presidents of these United States and many notable figures in world culture and politics. Here, on the West coast (specifically Sedona), I have tried to embrace and embellish upon the beauty that we are lucky enough to witness everyday. What I am here to impart is a cuisine that is from Scratch and I believe will be both exciting and approachable for everyone in our community. I am immersed in a philosophy that emphasizes; fresh, local, sustainable, and seasonally prepared foods that are enriching for the body as well as the mind. In my personal life I am lucky enough to
