Customer service at this branch is impeccable! We were there while closing but not a single soul rushed us. I was really impressed.

Cute store, somewhat overpriced, and that general area is so crowded it’s almost a nightmare trying to find parking. Also the sales people are a little too friendly. I was in there not even 10 minutes and three staffers greeted me and were trying to get me to buy a candle. I’d rather be left alone and not feel pressured to buy anything. I will most likely not go back. Anything I need I can find cheaper at Target or Walmart.

When the wife and I are in the area I love to stop and browse the aisles. They have great items for almost every area of the house indoors and out. I especially like the outdoor decorations such as windchimes, solar items etc. They can be kind of pricey but there always seems to be a sale when I am there with my wife. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

I looooove Pier 1! I had a gift certificate from Christmas and it was burning a hole in my pocket for WEEKS until I finally made it! They have amazing eclectic home décor. It is a little pricey, but very unique. A great place to find a gift or that special item to make a house a home. This particular area gets really crowded, especially in the afternoons on weekends. If you come at that time, parking can be incredibly difficult! Speaking of difficult, there was a very annoying woman trying to return something while I was checking out… she was basically trying to return something that was non-returnable and making a huge stink. I was very impressed by the staff’s handling of this woman while also multi-tasking and checking me out at the same time! Thanks Pier 1!

People should have their own opinion of chain stores like Pier 1 Imports. Do you need ME to tell you that they sell candles, glassware and other furniture pieces that will only make you feel sophisticated until you put the piece in your furnished-by-IKEA apartment, where they’ll feel out-of-place? Do you really need this 5-piece wine connoisseur kit? No you don’t. Go to Walmart, get shit that you actually need like I don’t know food and stop pretending that what Pier 1 Imports is selling you was not made by a kid in Kazhakstan sticking sparkly object onto wood sticks so that you can impress your friends. Love their flatware.

What a beautiful store with such beautiful things. I don’t have a place to call my own since my family pretty much has THE say on what decorates the home, but boy, I’m tellin’ you, once I get my own spot — I’m going straight to Pier 1. I didn’t pay much attention to the prices because all the cute, fun, lovely, stylish items distracted me from doing so. I pray they are fair. But there’s something for everyone here, no matter what age or decorative taste you have. They do not discriminate. At this particular store the staff politely asked if they could be of service while my eyes darted across the room, trying to take in the magic of golden pillows and fabulous Halloween ornamentation. Now, if only I had a house or apt. to start doing some damage here. After a visit here, I’m much more seriously considering getting one sooner than later.
