History

Established in 2015.

Maricruz has written resumes, cover letters, and personal statements since 2004 for her family members, friends, colleagues, and students. In addition, she has worked as a recruiter for Robert Half, a multi-​billion dollar staffing firm, and for Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, her alma mater.

She recently decided to launch the Ladders Resume & Writing Service because she throughly enjoys helping students and professionals highlight their strengths and accomplishments on their LinkedIn profiles and academic and employment applications. Maricruz strives to improve her clients’ chances of receiving a letter of acceptance from a university or a job offer from an employer by showcasing their notable accomplishments and contributions.

As the founder and CEO of Ladders Resumes and Writing Services, Maricruz offers the following credentials:

— Master’s degree in Education from California State University, Los Angeles.

— Bachelor’s degree in American Literature from UCLA.

Recruiting Background

As a recruiter, she coached job seekers through all phases of the hiring process, and collaborated with hiring managers, Human Resource managers, and in-​house recruiters to determine their requirements and preferences regarding the selection of qualified candidates for specific positions. She also has experience actively recruiting prospective law students across the nation.
