Best gyros in town! Both the lamb and chicken gyros always have amazing flavor.

Jimmy’s boasts of having the best gyro in town, but tonight it was all about being the closest thing to the office after a stressful day. And yes, they have cheap beer. Two Coors Light made for a bit of «relaxation therapy» before and during my meal. Service was excellent, but that’s likely because there were two waitresses working and I was the only person in there. Which is fine. I did get the gyro and it was quite good. Very well stuffed with(I assume) lamb and an extra pot of tzatziki on the side was a nice help. Fries were okay, the salad was excellent. Despite it being 9:00 at night, the lettuce was clean and crisp and fresh. A good amount of dressing and plenty of crumbled feta cheese was excellent. And that gyro just kept pouring out meat like some sort of bottomless pita bread. I also got a piece of baklava and it was pretty good. I’m glad I didn’t go for the extra drizzle of honey as it absolutely did not need it. Flaky and tasty. Yum. Good stuff here at Jimmy’s!

Was here 6 years ago and remember that the food was great. I think the food now is ok and not as good as it was

The best Souvlaki with Taziki sauce I’ve eaten since being in Greece many years ago. The restaurant is actually owned by a Greek and his food is rich in traditional dishes as well as a number of American favorites like meat loaf, fried fish and other daily specials. I often order take out and can just drive up to the window and pick up my meal. Not much on atmosphere but the food makes up for that.

Let’s not just go throwing around five stars, OK? Competent kitchen. We had some well prepared fries and tasty souvlaki. Pita was better than the run of the mill. Also, reasonable French toast. Coffee was Ok. Folks were nice and accommodating. The building? It should be condemned. And the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. Three stars and not a glimmer more.

The food at Jimmy’s is very good. We have dined here at least 4 times since December and it’s been great. Whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, it has been spot on each time. Waiters are prompt and friendly, food is consistently delicious and prices are reasonable. I have seen Jimmy there each time we visited. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

On Jan 24, I was passing through Sebring and spotted Jimmy’s Greek and American Grill. I stopped in and knew it was going to be good from the aroma on entering. The waitress was friendly and prompt to get drink and appetizer order. I had a draft beer which was nice and cold and tasted great. I ordered the Greek appetizer — with feta cheese, Mediterranean olives, cucumber, tomato, onion, peperoncini and grilled Pita bread. It was delicious! I ordered the Gyro platter and it was fantastic. The Greek salad was fresh and great and the Gyro meat had a lot of great flavor. Monica ordered the stuffed shrimp(stuffed with crab meat)(which I got to try) and they were delicious! The prices were reasonable. The service was great. The place is clean. It is not fancy but not a dive either. I wish I could visit this place on a regular basis. I will visit as soon as I can get back in the area again. I’ve posted photos of the place and food.

We found this place one Sunday morning as we were driving around looking for a place to have breakfast. Many places in Sebring are either closed or open later on Sundays so by the time we found Jimmy’s it was nearly lunch time. We had a party of six so we ended up with a mix of breakfast and lunch dishes. Everything was great and we have gone back several times, usually bringing other people with us! The place looks like a typical diner in a sleepy town like Sebring, there are not a lot of tables and if they aren’t busy they will close earlier than posted but the food is awesome. My husband and I usually get the gyro with a Greek salad — fantastic! They also have great omelets if you want breakfast, great pasta, and fab desserts too(if you have room for dessert, the portions are pretty big). Eat locally and skip the chains, you will not be disappointed with Jimmy’s!

We decided to stop for breakfast a couple of days ago. There were about 10 people in the dining room, food was good as usual. But then the owner sat at a booth with his meal and called over a waitress and proceeded to blatantly reprimand her with the entire dining room hearing it. I said rather loudly that we should not have to hear that, to which several tables agreed. Then one woman said I should say something to him. I went over and said excuse me, but as paying customers, supporting your business, whether or not that individual needed that or not, we should not have to witness that. Reprimanding an individual should be between that individual and the manager and done in private — both for respect for the individual and for your customers. To which he responded, I have a temper and that is my way of doing things. I do not care how good the food was, I will never return to that place again. That idiot should not be in the public eyes.
