Terrible customer service by the young woman with long dark hair who serviced us. She talked so fast we couldn’t understand her. We asked her to please speak more slowly and then she started talking down to us. We wanted a replacement phone but when she started reading off the details AFTER she sold us what we thought was another 16gb like the old phone we had, she said we never said 16gb, and she had written us up for an 8gb. Then she started blaming us for the error, and said we had to pay a $ 35 restock fee to change the order to a 16gb! I called ATT right there and the agent on the phone said she would remove the fee. Meanwhile the store agent continued treating us like we were inept, she never apologized, and it was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with ATT. And I’ve had ATT for over 20 yrs. very disappointing and unhappy experience. I recommend anyone needing ATT service in Sebring, please drive anywhere else but this store in Sebring, FL. Sadly, it is the only AT&T store within many miles.
