I’ve been practicing and studying Yoga since 1983. It makes for a life with meaning, wonder, contentment, peace, health and more. I immersed myself in Yoga Culture for 10 years. Eastern Yoga Culture has much to teach our Western sensibilities. I enjoy instructing individuals to experience the fruit of Yoga’s wisdom and teachings.
