I had weeks drill a well for me last spring. Brandon and the crew were awesome. I have had zero issues. i could not recommend them more.

I’m writing to update my previous review. Once Weeks learning the facts of the service call management contacted me and apologized for the misstep. They even came out to look at my system and gave me some good suggestions. So I appreciate the fact they were concerned enough to follow up on a complaint. Other than this one incident my past experiences with Weeks have been positive.

What a disappointment this company is!!! I have had them come out over the years with no problems but the last two times its been hell. Their worker hooked up wires that were unconnected to breakers for a swim spa that I used to have. These breakers were not even at the main breaker box! He found them on his own. and left them hot when they had nothing to do with why he came out. He left the main fuse box cover off!
Then months later I realize what he did and call the company. I tell them exactly why I want the same worker to come out. They send him He tells me to call an electrician! Add insult to injury they are trying to charge me $ 210 for 15 min of time spent. He came on the property thru a NO TRESPASSING sign, thru a locked gate and drove right in and parked. I «found» him wandering the property far away from the site he was called to look at. The compnay was to call me when he was at the gate as I have six DOGS!
I will never recommend this company and am very sorry I ever did! I had the previous electrician, who had disconnected the wires as it was hot and going to NOTHING a huge liability if anyone had touched them and I have two teens and all their friends come over! The elecritiion called the man at Weeks– Otto that argued with me and Otto said to this other professional– yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah and HUNG UP!
Now Weeks called the credit bureau

This company was referred to me by several people, however, I was never able to do business with them as they would not call me back. The first time I called, I was able to speak to someone about replacing my pump, and he said he would call be back as he was in the middle of something. Took all my information, but I never heard back. I tried several times, each time the women who answered the phone said someone would return my call, but never did.

When we first contacted weeks they said they were three weeks out, 3 months later we still hadn’t received a phone call. We called weeks several times with no phone call returned from the driller. We spoke with the office lady several times who kept telling us someone would call us back and we never received a phone call until we called and told them we wanted our down payment back and we were going with someone else. Then we had a phone call within 30 minutes from the driller stating how sorry he was that he never called us and that we were the next job in line. We decided not to go with them and when we called to get our down payment returned they had lost our file. By the time our entire process with them with over it had been over 6 months and they knew we had a dry well. Needless to say they were trainwreck and we won’t be referring them to anybody

Very helpful staff! I had a electric switch go out on the pump for a well at my parent’s rental units. These guys helped me identify what part I needed and gave me some insight into how to install it. A couple hours later the tenants had water again. Thanks Weeks!

Weeks has been our 60 year old well’s caregiver for years. When it was time to replace the well we contacted them. They were prompt with bids, patient with questions and concerns. Their team made what could have been a traumatic experience a rather enjoyable and educational ride. The flat bids helped us plan for the expense and we were able to keep the old well functioning for our extensive garden. I would recommend them anytime, their customer service is priceless.

Our old well was not productive anymore; 27 feet just does not cut it any longer these days! :-) Having to deal with the unexpected burden of the finances involved for drilling a new well is not fun. We received a couple of bids but decided on Weeks (they acted more professional). Glad we did, Weeks did a fantastic job. First and most important: they provided a «flat bid» and they kept their word, we paid exactly what we anticipated, no surprises, no «trying to upcharge afterwards», everything was nice and clean as expected. I really dislike companies that try to nickle and dime you for additional upcharges after they provide you with a bid: that was not the issue with Weeks. Weeks really sticks to the contract, exactly the way it should be. Weeks ended up drilling a new productive well and installed 2 storage tanks, 1 pressure tank, a deep well pump system and a irrigation pump system. They always show up on time, people are kind and polite, they give you information, and do exactly what we expect them to do without any issues. I highly recommend Weeks Drilling and will continue to use their services in the future.

They are quick, honest, and dependable. Could not ask for better service.
