Trish Carty

I am working with Trish to lose weight and address digestive issues. Since starting with Trish in September 2013, I have lost 15 pounds! The supplements that Trish recommended have helped to ease my digestive issues. Trish is easy to work with and always makes herself available to answer questions and make suggestions to keep me on track. I would not hesitate to recommend Trish.

I have worked with Trish as an ongoing client for the past 4 yrs and have found her knowledge and recommendations to be extremely helpful. She is very sweet and caring and you would be hard-​pressed to find a practitioner who will spend so much time with you. She seems to be continually taking classes to upping her skills and education. Trish is an expert in gut health and has taught me so much about how that is related to everything!
I highly recommend her.

Trish has been so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me understand many issues concerning my body and nutrition. Specifically how and why to remove gluten from my body. Starting out on an elimination diet to remove the many stresses so my body can begin to detoxify was first and foremost.
I learned how sugar, grains, dairy and caffiene had a negative effect on me.
With years in an toxic overload due to my work environment, and dietary pitfalls, I needed to understand how to support my liver instead of causing undue stress.
I am happy to report with her knowledge and the work of many others, I am feeling so much better and have so much more vitality and energy!

I don’t want to start a Unilocal war but I do not want other people, especially faimilies with children needing this diet to go through what we did because again Trish is changing her story.
Trish did offer two cooking classes to make up for her mistake. We declined because we cannot depend on her word. Her emails and vioce messages are conflicting. One message she was rude the next she apologizes and offers cooking class and then the next message is rude again.
I have kept every voice message and email from Trish. As I mentioned in my post that Trish changed her reasoning four times and this is just another cover up story. i graciously offered to remove the Unilocal posting since she stated this really hurts her business but in less than 12 hours she started to harrass me by emailing me to remove the post but in an unfriendly way. If someone is going to do something nice for you don’t be rude. I have my hands full with a newborn, 2 year old ASD and starting GAPS. As a GAPS practioner she should know that GAPS Intro is very difficult, especially with very small children. There is constant cooking, die off and toddlers usually will not eat for several days and need to be held constantly the first 1 — 3 weeks.
Trish rmade no attempt to discuss this with us just a by a short email 15 minutes after she no-​showed and after I called and emailed. Our mistake for not doing our due dlilegence by getting a referrals and looking into Trish’s background before hand.
Overall, we had a very bad experience with Trish. I got upset because she continues to lie and change her story. I really hope she starts taking the prospective clients more seriously. People coming to you need help with their health so please have more courtesy and professionalism when dealing with them in the future. No family should go through what we did.
