I started this business to support myself in a declining market. With a background in Business Management, Home Ownership, Property Management, Facilities Management, and years of experience turning over properties, managing rentals, and a good understanding of basic home maintenance, I decided to use my talents to help others maintain their homes/properties.

Over 30 years in Business and Operations Management with an emphasis in Furniture Manufacturing and Specialty construction. I have managed many properties, overseeing and performing home maintenance and repair, in addition to coordinating other service providers and overseeing projects for my clients.
