Our nannies are all professionals in the field of education. They all have First Aid and CPR Training. Our nannies come to us word of mouth and are very carefully screened.

Our goal is to provide a fun, safe time for your children while you enjoy yourselves. The Original Merry Pop-​In Nannies comes directly to your hotel, event, private home, or rental. Our nannies always arrive with joy, enthusiasm, plenty of age appropriate activitites, and organic snacks.

History

Established in 2004.

Owner Barbra Anne Schneider established The Original Merry Pop-​In Nannies when a friend, a local event coordinator mentioned the great need for truly professional and experienced nannies in the North Bay. She felt with Barbra Anne’s experience and ties to educators it would be a success! It has been!

Business Owner

Barbra Anne has been working with children for over 25 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences /​Secondary Education and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts /​Elementary Education. She graduated with highest honors and a teaching credential.

Barbra Anne has worked as a teacher, a director of a child care center serving 80 children, doula, home care provider, and a nanny. She knows the importance of her job, as she too is a parent. Barbra Anne cares for all children as if they were her own, and greatly appreciates the honor of caring for other’s children.
