Specialties
I specialize in Mediterranean, pan-Asian and French Parisian cooking with touches of Indian and Mexican cuisine as well. I’ve done a lot of event planning, both personally and professionally, and have an experienced and personable staff.
There is no way to describe viscerally the experience of these events but suffice to say that the food is intensely flavored without being heavy. I use different event formats and cuisines to provide the baseline which underlies all great parties.
History
Established in 1995.
I have been a restaurant chef in the Bay Area and in Paris France for 15 years before I started catering. I segued into this area and developed a distinctive style reflective of the wide variety of experiences I had both here and abroad. I’ve catered all styles of events from pharmaceutical lunches and corporate functions to weddings, bar mitzphahs, high-end birthday parties and 12 course wine pairing dinners.

I’ve been a professional chef for over 25 years and love what I do. I discovered that I really have a gift for this profession and I love sharing it with other people.
