Thank you for helping me to stay healthy! My digestive tract needs equilibrium these days … There are few products that can help … and this is one. Love the business model too. The price in stores around Austin varies pretty widely. I wish I could buy the product in bulk directly.

We went here years ago to visit and we still look back at the photos and remember the excellent cheese and friendly staff. Love to go back some day when we get the chance! Gotta visit when in town!

At this farm, every goat has a name; all the animals are loved. The farm is local in Sonoma county. The owner started out 4H, and her whole family now works with her. The product is really good. She has incredible Keifer w/​organic fruit, Chevre cheese, milk, and goat yogurt. She brings the goats to the Sonoma County Fair, and they are always winning prizes there. It is really a great company and I’m so happy to see them being successful.

i had the great opportunity to visit this 100% solar-​powered creamery and goat dairy this weekend. they were hosting an open farm weekend where they had tours of the farm, playtime with baby goats (some only a few days old! o. m. g. so flipping cute), views of the milking facilities, a cheesemaking demonstration and of course, cheese and yogurt tasting.

i LOVE their cheeses, and i tried kefir for the first time (sort of like a milky yogurt). they had a wide range of cheeses for sale, which, of course, i couldn’t pass up. i got the herb/​garlic chevre (the chili one was also delicious), a brie-​like aged cheese, a smoky cheddar, and the raw-​milk feta. (that plus a crusty baguette, arugula salad and some cab sauv made an excellent post-​farm dinner).
fun first trip there, i will definitely be back. they offer their open farm two weekends a year, and it was really fun. be prepared for lots of families with small children, but its really fun. the farm also has lots of picnic tables under the apple trees, so pack a lunch, or some wine and bread (it would be a really fun date) and get tasting! all in all, a quite successful trip to the farm.
oh and i also got to milk a goat!

I LOVE Redwood Hill products ! I have yet to visit their dairy farm.
But I hope to one day soon ! Their customer service is incredible !
I recently had a problem with a product I bought from them.
I contacted them and they were VERY friendly and helpful.
A little while later they corrected the problem by sending me
several coupons to replace the product and a few for some
of other products they have. (I LOVE their Kefir now !!)
AND sent me a follow up email a few weeks later ! WOW !!

I only know of them from the SF Bay Area Farmer’s markets — namely the Saturday Berkeley (MLK and Center) — where I get the Blueberry Pomegranate Kefir and the Mango Apricot yogurt with the bestest fruit at the bottom. It seriously makes my day, and all the days that come after it.

I love this place. I love their cheese, and I love how living in Sonoma County you can find it everywhere. The raw milk feta is certainly some of my favorite. The yogurt is rich, creamy and delicious and way better than any of the others on the market! and I can’t get enough of the fresh chevre. If you were to come to my house and look in my fridge, there is always 5 or 6 Redwood Hill Farms items in stock!
