Nick at Ray’s Well Testing Service did a much needed fix on a broken pipe connected to our well. We needed the repair right away. He was able to schedule his technician within 24 hours. It was a lifesaver for us. I am very grateful for the professional, efficient service and the caring way the situation was handled. Highest marks!

I’ve been in the real estate business for about 30 years. Nick has provided me services many times both personally and professionally. He is hands down the best there is! Having a choice, I won’t use anyone else.

What great service, I wish Nick did plumbing, electrical, painting, etc… too. I’d never use anyone else for my home repair needs. He even helped me find another repair person after we established that my problem extended beyond my well and pump. You sometimes have to be patient, he gets real busy– but with good reason. Nick is professional, honest and worth the wait.

We had him come to two different properties to test the wells in our journey to buy a home in SoCo. Good thing, because he discovered the first property had a well with extremely low water production, and it went dry towards the middle to end of each summer. (dodged a bullet)
He was super friendly, personable and knowledgable. He explained all of the well tests in detail. He even expedited the water VOC tests @ no extra charge because we had to close on the property the very same week.

He found time to come by a day earlier than originally scheduled, diagnosed and repaired our well pressure problem with parts he carried with him, and took samples to be tested, all while explaining exactly what he was doing and why. There was no upsale or pressure, just informative and entertaining conversation about our pump and well system.

Nick’s talent and professionalism totally reassured me it was the right thing to do in this situation. We had what we thought was a serious problem when our well pump just died. No water at all. We were desperate on a Saturday morning. Great… weekend rates!
Other companies wanted us to sign over our lives to get them to come out. There was no care at all that we have a family with no way to shower, wash a dish or even use the bathroom. all they cared about was $$$ and they wanted a credit card # UP FRONT to make sure we didn’t run.
Nick was the the opposite. He really was concerned about getting us back on track. He came out within 30 minutes and was able to solve the problem in moments. He replaced the needed part and was done speedily and efficiently and we still have money left over for our retirement. With those other larger companies, not so much.
