I have been a licensed general contractor in the east bay since 1988, involved with most aspects of residential and commercial remodeling. Since 2000 I have specialized in fine quality redwood structures. In December 2011 I moved my business to Sebastopol, Ca.

I did not want just an ordinary gate across my driveway, and I had seen Roger’s work on a fence he did in my neighborhood that stood out for its beauty and unique design. I contacted him. We met and determined a design, worked out a price and a schedule, and the rest is history. The gate complements both the driveway and the courtyard it veils. It is a focal point on both sides.
Since the installation in May of 2014, Folks comment that it’s beautiful. And other contractors have noted the quality of the installation process and the materials involved. The project was completed on time and on budget. Its beautiful and I love it.

My parents used MacGregor Co to replace a worn 6ft fence around their property and it turned out great. Roger’s care for detail and craftsmanship was above and beyond any of our expectations. The pricing was really fair and his responsiveness was very professional.
