Cory and her partner, Donna could not have been a better choice for us as realtors. They helped us sell our house within 2 months and it sold well above listing. They hand-​held us as we cleaned out a house of 17 years, re-​shaped the landscaping and managed all aspects of clean up and clearing out the house – a very difficult job indeed! They rolled up their sleeves and helped in every way possible. They were professional and efficient – advising us and guiding us through the of letting go of our home difficult transition. They even staged our house for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Cory is really a Sebastopol expert, and just a wealth of knowledge about purchasing Sonoma County Real Estate. Unlike a lot of agents who sometimes work in that area, Cory is intimately involved and tours nearly every single home that comes up for sale. She saved me hours of driving time by previewing new things and letting me know whether they were worth driving up to see or not.
I don’t know much about wells, septic, rural properties, etc and she walked me carefully through all of these things. She has relationships with some of Sonoma County’s best experts in all of these fields so we were able to buy, knowing that our home had been checked over by people in the know. She is also an excellent negotiator, and uses all the latest online technology to make buying a home easy even remotely if needed.

We worked with Cory for nearly two years to find a place in the Sebastopol area. We were kind of fussy in our requirements and parsimonious to boot, but she never lost her patience or wasted our time looking at properties that didn’t match up closely enough. When our offers weren’t the accepted ones on some properties, her upbeat attitude helped move us off of our disappointment and on to the next opportunity in short order. Along the way, she educated us about the community, and its culture and governance. Her passion for Sebastopol goes well beyond making a living there and she walks the talk of a professional, fully engaged, civic-​minded citizen.
When «our» place finally came onto the market as a short sale with some serious complications, her advice how to construct a successful offer was the key to its acceptance from a field of other offers. The closing was unusually tight, and we live 800 miles away, so it took a lot of coordination on her part to make sure that the inspections, financing, insurances, and other components were done in a timely manner. She knew all of the right people to use for the process and we were well served by them both before and after the sale. The bumps along the way were disconcerting at times, but Cory has a very good way of putting all things into their proper perspective and providing appropriate encouragement. At the same time, I don’t doubt for a moment that if it would have been appropriate for a valid reason, she would have been the first person to advise us to pull the plug on the deal.
Cory has the rare skill of subtly arbitrating spousal differences of opinion, and we both trust her judgment and instincts implicitly. I think her «singleness of purpose» in pursuit of a successful transaction would make Vince Lombardi smile. Furthermore, we have taken her up on her offer to «call if you need anything» in the time since the sale, and Cory has provided us with very useful references for services, suppliers, and local shopping and attractions. We wouldn’t consider anyone else to work with in the future of our real estate transactions in the area.

Cory was my agent for a successful purchase of my first property. The sellers were a bit reluctant (even though they had put the property up for sale willingly) and Cory helped me navigate through the negotiation process. I really felt like she had my back and my best interests in mind throughout the entire process.
