The lure of real estate as a profession suggested an ongoing dialogue with the land; the ability to be in the glorious outdoors and all that that means to me. It represented a business that seemingly enjoyed self directed structure and my success would be reflective of my abilities and input. I’ve come to know that it’s multi dimensional aspect speaks to my nature for being curious and it enables me to work with people in a capacity that has heart and meaning. It sparks my intrigue as it’s demanding of my instincts and challenges me to bring a strong skill set to a multi-layered process where individuals and situations are never the same.

A real estate licensee in Sonoma County since 1994, time honored values, advanced skills, knowledge and dependability are brought to each real estate project from the start to the close. Real Estate for Your Vision! Areas of expertise include Country Properties, Residential Homes including distressed properties.

Meet the Business Owner

Cory M.

Business Owner

Born and raised in Honolulu, Cory Maguire absorbed aloha ‘aina (literally, «love for the land»), a cultural tradition of personal connection to place. While she still feels deeply connected to her island roots, Cory left Hawaii at the age of 19 to see other lands. Moving initially to San Francisco, she spent the next five years working on cruise ships, travelling much of the world. That travel «was educational,» says Cory. «It humbles the heart, makes you appreciate what you have, see things with a new perspective.“With this new outlook, she traded in her sea legs for a ticket back to California. «When I first visited Sonoma County in 1978,» Cory continues, «I had an immediate feeling that this is where I would eventually settle.» It did take a few years, but after founding a string of successful Lake Tahoe businesses-including the area’s first brewery, still going strong today-she made the move in 1994. Cory has since discovered only more to love about beautiful Sonoma County.
