History
Established in 2014.
Denise the owner and Chef went to Culinary school in SF back in the early 80’s, and has had her hands in the food industry in many different ways over the past 30 years. Her niece Bianca, recently completed the Pastry Certification Program at the local Junior College, SRJC in Santa Rosa, CA. The head barrista is her other niece Keziah, who recently returned from studying abroad.

I attended Culinary school back in the early 80’s, I have held many different positions over the last thirty years in the food industry, from food prep to management. I have always loved being in the kitchen from an early age, canning with my grandmother in the summers. In my spare time I love cooking with my eight year old daughter Kaylee and creating new and different glazes for meats and vegetables and different flavored pestos. I liveon five and a half acres here in Sebastopol and have a wonderful greenhouse where I grow many different Peppers and tomatoes and basils.
