We are new owners that have taken over the old Four Seasons Variety store and revamped into a Diner /​Café. We wanted a place in Sebago that people could come and get breakfast all day. So if you are a late riser, than we are the breakfast place for you. We also offer lunch all day as well. We have daily specials as well as monthly specials and summer specials. We offer a wide selection of breakfast options which include 10 different types of Hash all prepared per order. We make our Corn Beef brisket in house as well as our pulled pork brisket.

Our café also offers many different types of pastries that we bake in house as well. We have a wide selection of beverages including Green Mountain Coffee brewed hot and fresh everyday.

Our menu is not set in stone. We believe that if we have the products to make something that is not listed on our menu we will do our best to accommodate you. All you need to do is ask your server.

Your free time is your time to relax. Lets us serve you breakfast or lunch on your schedule.

History

Established in 2014.

The business was for lease in January of 2014 so we inquired about it. We settled on buying the property instead. The former Four Seasons Variety is no more. We gutted and cleaned the place up. We decided to remove the variety store side of the building and make more room for seating. We can now seat 30 comfortably inside and about 6 – 10 outside during warmer days. We wanted a place for families to come together and have a great meal. We reworked the whole menu so that it appealed to everyone.

I help run the everyday duties in the front of the store. That could be anything from washing the dishes to waiting on tables. I’ll do my best to my ability to make your visit one that will have you coming back for more.
