Suspected a sinus infection starting and was recommended zoom care by a friend. they were fast and efficient! After booking Ana appointment there was no additional wait and I was done in less than 30 min. I’ve always disliked having to go seek medical care because of all the waiting and not being able to be seen when you are actually able to go in. They saw me after work one night which meant I didn’t miss work the next day. I may never go back to a normal doctor again :)

Fast and efficient!
Came in here few weeks ago for an ear problem. Swimming left my ear clogged and couldn’t hear at all for the first time. I was going to wait it out but after having such a hard time driving without hearing from one ear, I decided to give this place a try. Only because I didn’t want to wait forever in the ER!
Do: make an appointment! Even though it’s an urgent care, they are by appointment only. And you can get one within fifteen minutes or so.
Credit card required for reservation/​appointment! If you don’t show up, they’ll charge you $ 99! If you have an insurance debit card, use that. I used mine! And I have an insurance.
The space was clean, bright and quiet. My appointment took less than ten minutes. My nurse practitioner was friendly. Being able to hear again after a whole day of not hearing was pretty good! I ended up paying $ 9 because they cost of getting my ear cleared was $ 109 and my insurance covered $ 100 I believe. Is it expensive? Perhaps. But I know it will cost way more in the emergency room had I gone there. They also open late at this location! I don’t plan on visiting this place again anytime soon but nice to know that they are here! Fast service is great!

I pretty much never write reviews because they’re stupid and always either a 5 star or a 1 star. Queue why are you writing a 5 star (it’s subjective). Anyway, I had an issue that I needed to get seen for and my primary care provider at the UW couldn’t see me for a month. It was something I needed to be seen immediately for to ameliorate further problems. Anyway it was 6:45pm and I made an appointment for 7:30. Showed up, waited maybe a max of 3m to which the doctor apologized (I’m used to the standard 15+ at theUW Belltown clinic) and saw me. Super prompt. Got diagnosed and a prescription and was on my way in under 30. This is pretty rad for getting health care on demand quickly. Wished the Belltown clinic was open late but at least the university district place stays open til midnight. I’ll be using them to supplement my UW primary care provider when she’s not around.

Friendly, clean, tech-​savvy, and straightforward.
I’m currently between insurance coverage and needed to get prescriptions for some that had run out. They let me know upon my arrival what types they weren’t authorized to write, which unfortunately included one of the ones I needed. They were able to confirm that they were authorized to write the other one, so I knew it wasn’t a waste of a visit and fee entirely ahead of time.
Very welcoming office, the Doctor answered all of my questions, particular to me being new in the area and how Rx protocol compares to the last state I lived in.

Walk in Saturday morning. Short wait time nice staff, clean and friendly. Didn’t weigh me or ask for lengthy medical history

Scheduled a same-​day (actually, same-​morning!) appointment without notice, and had a great experience. Kari was the physician assistant, and she was extremely warm and helpful! She didn’t even flinch when I started to breathe heavily when she was about to draw my blood.
My physician was great, too– she took the time and care you would hope any doctor would take for her patient.

My daughter was visiting college friends at Udub and called me in California telling me she felt very sick. I found Zoomcare on Unilocal and from the time she made an appt. online to the time she was seen, diagnosed and with meds in hand was just under an hour. She relayed to me she had no wait time and staff was very professional and facility was very clean. All this on a Sunday afternoon. This place gets an A+. Thank you for not just doing what you do, but doing it so well.

My daughter had itchy eyes last night, this morning they were goopy and gross and obviously pink eye. I went to the zoomcare website and filled out all of our information online and also secured an appointment. It was really easy and when we showed up I didn’t have to fill out any forms, we just waited a few minutes for our appointment.
My daughter is 3 and Dr Meador was very good at getting her to open her eyes and do all of the normal check up things. I was really impressed and highly recommend this place. And I learned they are open until midnight on weekdays, so we could have gone last night.
They also had the perscription medicine available so we didn’t even have to go to the pharmacy.

I had arrived in Seattle from Honolulu and within 24 hours came down with an illness that required immediate attention. It was after 9:00 p.m. and I wanted to avoid the long wait and high expense of an Emergency Room visit.
Earlier in the day I had noticed Zoom Care on Capitol Hill so I headed there. The receptionist was helpful, but acknowledged that it would be a long wait and asked if I could make it to the University Zoom Care. She called ahead and entered me into their system.
Once I arrived at the University location, I was warmly greeted by Bri and immediately taken to an exam room where I was examined by Lise Martin, a nurse practioner I believe. Tests were performed, results were quick, a diagnosis was provided, and medication prescribed.
Lise was very thorough with her explanations, warnings signs to look for, and explained the followup procedures to follow when I returned home. By this time it was quite late in the evening and I was feeling pretty poorly. I asked Bri where I could get my prescriptions filled and was thrilled that the clinic could provide the necessary prescription and non-​prescription medications. What a huge relief! They even had a thermometer for purchase so that I could monitor my fever throughout the next couple of days.
I highly recommend both the Capitol Hill, and particularly the University locations for your urgent medical needs. If you are fortunate to meet Bri or Lise Martin, they you can be assured you will be well cared for.

Fantastic. I went in today, which is super bowl Sunday, and I was very surprised that they were open. I waited about 20min including check-​in. There flat rate is nice and the fact that you leave with most the meds you need is a huge plus! I know this is where I will be headed when I am in need of a doc. Thank you very much! The staff is wonderful as well. Very informative!

This is the second Zoomcare facility I have visited (I visited the Wallingford location first), and I’m glad to report that this new center is every bit as good as the first! They were fast, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and they tried to recommend economical solutions for you medical issues! I can’t thank Lise enough for making my visit fantastic, Zoomcare is definitely my first choice for medical care!
