We had Danny as the DJ and MC for our Fusion wedding (We’re a Romanian-​Indian couple that embraced North America). Thanks to Danny the reception was a blast and all our guests danced the whole night. Danny did it all for us: awesome announcements, Indian music, Romanian hora songs, English classics and top 40s. At the end of the night our guests didn’t want to leave the dance floor and Danny had to play 3 last songs (it was already 1am). We received many compliments from our guests and family that they loved the music and the energy was there the whole evening. Danny also played all our must have songs. We’d definitely recommend Danny as a wedding DJ and MC. We couldn’t have chosen a better DJ for our wedding!

Danny is absolutely amazing. Not only did he find an extra mic for us for the ceremony, he also recorded the ceremony for us (so we could sync the audio with the video from the camera we set up in the back). The audio sounded great, he listened to all our music requests and kept everyone dancing. Most of all, though, he just has an amazing enthusiasm and energy that is just wonderful to have on such a busy, chaotic day. Highly recommend him!

Danny was a super star. First of all he is so imaginative while respecting our needs as a couple. He monitored our timeline and made every moment perfect. If you don’t go wth Danny you are missing out. Also upon meeting him he had an infectious happiness. The kind you want a wedding. My wedding was smaller but worth every dollar that I have to Danny. Danny not only did a phenomenal job at my wedding but he was an absolute dream to work with.
Our wedding had hiccups– just like every wedding out there but it never phased Danny. He has a very «the show must go on attitude» which I love and you can tell he has a true passion for music. I had a very long wedding and after the first dance Danny successfully had the dance floor packed for several hours. He had young kids, 20-​somethings, adults and grandparents a like all out there dancing! Not only does he know how to keep the party going but also has an energetic, positive attitude. I had to change several things through out my wedding day and Danny took it all with ease «no sweat» if you will. In fact he always had a smile and let me know he’d do whatever I wanted.
I had a bunch of my college friends at my wedding and we requested a song Danny didn’t have, but was that a problem? No. He hopped right onto iTunes, bought the song and had the crowd going wild! I would also like to point out that I live out of state so I was a bit of a mysterious bride. I gave Danny hardly any direction, had to schedule meetings in very strict time frames and none of that bothered him. I told him at our second meeting that «I’m basically going to just let you do your thing» I told him my likes and dislikes and you could tell he had a great time doing it. Danny’s communication is superb and he could always be reached, whether it was me or my mother!
Overall, Danny was an amazing DJ and I’m incredibly happy that we found him. I couldn’t have imagined my big day any differently. So stop looking for a DJ, you just found him! THANK YOU DANNY!!!

I hired Danny to DJ my New Year’s Eve wedding. The music and the dance party portion of our event were very important to us, but we also wanted a little control of the types of music played. We also wanted to keep it fairly simple so we were looking for our DJ to: Help us remain on schedule, make announcements as necessary, provide sound and mics for our ceremony and then of course create a fun, dance party environment later in the evening. I really didn’t want someone that was cheesy or overbearing.
Danny did exactly what we asked with ease, confidence and style! He was so great to work with throughout the process — very honest, organized and consultative. We had multiple guests ask us where we found him and say that they loved the music and the atmosphere and that our DJ was awesome! Danny was a huge hit!
I considered, at one point, not having a DJ for our wedding and I am so glad I didn’t do that! I cannot imaging my wedding without Danny as the DJ! He’s the best!

Danny was able to work with us with a fairly short turnaround, and did a fantastic job. I got a lot of compliments on his great work. He does great work, is very personable, and is very enthusiastic about helping make your event rock. We loved him and would recommend him highly. :)

Pre-​wedding: During the 6 months leading up to the wedding, Danny was amazing to work with. We met with him twice (he was very responsive and flexible in meeting with us) and talked to him over email several times. During our first meeting, he actually helped with more than just our music — we worked on an overall timeline/​outline for the wedding! Because Danny had such helpful experience from other weddings, he had a lot of great suggestions that we implemented for our wedding. At the last minute, we decided to add Danny’s photo booth package and he was extremely helpful in getting this set up quickly for us.
Wedding: Danny was the perfect person to DJ and MC our wedding. I didn’t have to worry about a thing — when we arrived at the reception venue, Danny had the photo booth set up perfectly and he was already spinning the perfect ‘arrival’ music for our guests. He kept the «flow» of the evening perfect — we transitioned seamlessly to each different part of the reception with Danny’s guidance. At 10:00 (per our request), Danny began to play our dance music and the dance floor was absolutely PACKED for the rest of the night. People were dancing so hard that Danny actually had to come out and adjust his lights because the floor shaking had disrupted them. At midnight, we still had over a hundred guests still there who were chanting for more Danny.
Post-​Wedding: We woke up to dozens of text messages and voicemails about how amazing the music was at our wedding. People actually remembered specific song blocks that they called «life-​changing». People said they couldn’t walk because their feet were so sore from dancing. People said they missed our ice cream cart and hot dog cart because every time Danny started a new song they just couldn’t leave the dance floor. Friends are still talking about the music and dancing at our wedding, three months later.
I can’t recommend Danny highly enough — your wedding will be a huge hit with him on the stage!

These guys are amazing! I first met with Danny about being the DJ/​MC for my wedding. We liked him right away. He was very organized and easy to work with. We really had no idea how wedding timelines go but he walked us through all of it. We actually ended up using one of his associates, Matt and he was awesome too. My brother, our officiant said he received some great tips from Matt. Everyone, young and old loved the music as well. Thank you guys! I will definitely be recommending waSound!

I have known the owner of waSOUND for awhile now, and I am very impressed with the business he is running. Danny is clearly passionate about music and providing excellent service.
I attended a wedding that he did in December, and the majority of the reception music was low-​key (think Jack Johnson style) and the playlists were not cheesy or too slow or over-​the-​top at all! In fact, Danny’s emcee presence was charismatic and entertaining without crossing the line of corny which made it refreshing during the more sentimental parts.
For the dance segment of the reception, he was able to marry (yes, pun intended) the bride and groom’s vastly different musical preferences. Taking Jason Mraz and more contemporary rock and mixing it with Blink 182 could easily be a disaster, but Danny found songs that fit the two genres and worked each track to fit seamlessly together. The music was relatable, fun, and really carried the night.
Danny keeps the energy up, and his professionalism is why his name is always given out to my friends and colleagues if they are in need of the best, affordable DJ service in town.

Danny from WA sound was a awesome DJ. We Hired Danny for our wedding and we were very impressed. Danny had us dancing all evening and played music for all ages. We really appreciated danny being the dj and making our wedding even more memorable.

Attended a «90’s Party» with waSOUND providing the soundtrack for the night… definitely kept the asses out of their seats and had everyone on the dance floor the entire time (except for when I had to run to the bar to cool off from dancing too much)!
Was pulling out the golden oldies and all the classics (keep in mind it was all 90’s) and had «kids» of all ages jumping up and down singing along. Never seen so many 20, 30, 40, and 50yr. olds on the dance floor together at the same time. Thanks for the great night waSound!

waSound is an EXCELLENT dj! I have attended two events where waSound has provided the music experience and both were exceptionally professional, but most important, FUN! There were no uncomfortable «clearing of the dancefloor» moments (you know, when the party is hopping and the dj puts on the wrong song and clears the dancefloor?) I highly recommend waSound for an event.
