Dr. Vaishali Verma is a licensed naturopathic physician who graduated from Bastyr University. Inspired by her father who practiced integrative medicine in India for 35 years, she decided to pursue medicine herself. Dr. Vaishali studied 5.5 years of Ayurvedic Medicine in India. During her final year at Ayurvedic School, she assisted her father at his clinic which honed her clinical skills. After the completion of her Ayurvedic education, she worked as an OB/​GYN resident in a hospital India and gained hands on experience in midwifery and women’s health.

Every human is born different and has a different constitutional make up also known as ‘Prakrati’ in Ayurveda. I believe that understanding an individual is essential to any kind of treatment recommendation. I work with my patients using an integrated Ayurvedic and Naturopathic approach to create a unique treatment plan for them. I am passionate about educating people on the importance of nutrition, healthy diet, and lifestyle, which are the basic determinants of health according to both Ayurvedic and Naturopathic medicine. My goal is to facilitate healing in my patients and help them achieve optimal health.

I developed a special interest in Pediatrics after the birth of my daughter. She has taught me to be a better doctor and is still teaching me new things about childhood growth and development every day. I believe in guiding parents to make healthy lifestyle choices for their children that will offer them the best start possible.
