Urban Influence

I used Urban Influence for a design and development project. It was one of the only design agencies I have worked with that not just delivered what was asked, but did more — and didn’t charge me for it.
They were willing to work with my budget (which wasn’t that big) to figure out how to build something great. Pete was fantastic on strategy and helped me refine what I really wanted and gave me ideas on how to I could get more leverage from the project.
I know I will be working with them again in the future.

Having worked with Urban Influence, I must say they are impressive on multiple levels. One is their innate understanding of branding and the power of a strong brand. They help companies/​organizations walk through and build not only a strong brand, but also the back of the house to support the brand. Their grasp of business and strategy is another key factor in success… they know how to brand AND how to implement marketing and business practices around the brand for the company… definitely a bonus value add for any company working with Urban Influence. Their customer service and professionalism are another outstanding feature. Quick and clear communications along with their practical business know-​how always makes working with them a joy.
All in all, a great experience.

After working with Urban Influence I can say you get big agency strategy and execution out of a small firm. They are clear communicators and are a great partner to have on any project. We have been doing work with them for over a decade now on a number of clients and have only good things to say about the quality of work that comes out of this shop.

Contacted these guys via three separate modes — web inquiry, email, and via phone. I got one email from Pete Wright — a week later. I responded. with times to talk. He never followed up. We have a 6 figure budget too.
