If I could give a zero to this company, I would. I was going to move across country with a 5×8 trailer attached to my 4-​door sedan. I chose this trailer based on following recommendations on the Uhaul website. I had the hitch installed and paid for a week of trailer rental in advance. I discovered after paying for everything that my car could only handle 750lbs of weight, NOT the nearly 2000 pounds that their website claimed it could. I called the company immediately and they took no responsibility. The response of the manager, Theo, was that I didn’t know what I was talking about and I wasn’t an expert, he was. It has been almost a year and I am STILL fighting with them over this. Through this experience I learned that the Uhaul location at 15th street is unprofessional and well… terrible but also that Uhaul headquarters is not any better. Avoid this company… maybe others are bit more expensive, but likely more reliable. I will never ever use this company again.

Their prices are pretty good, which is why I would probably come back, but the quality of the staff is hit-​or-​miss.
When I came in to rent a trailer, the person at the desk, Candice, was courteous and friendly. She was great.
The guy who hooked up the trailer noticed a problem with the lights. He mockingly pointed out the problem and offered no help to resolve. When I asked if they could fix my trailer lights (for a cost), he snorted an said something like ‘not a chance’.
I went in to the front desk and they did take care of me and fit me in right away. I was just left with the impression that this guy is a jerk. Hopefully they limit his contact with customers in the future.

I needed a pickup truck, some day.
I wasn’t sure which day.
I called a lot to make reservations, and called a lot to change reservations. I think I cancelled a few times.
Did they get mad? Nope. They were always helpful and professional. I came, got my truck, moved my crap, brought the truck back. Total — truck rental, insurance and gas — came to about $ 45. I moved a lot of crap. Totally worth it.
