Tyler helped me to buy my first home in Seattle. I’m satisfied with his service and would like to recommend him if anyone wants to buy a home.
At the beginning, he explained to me with details about the process of buying a home. After my girlfriend and I had a candidate list, he showed us around with patience and pointed out some pros and cons of each candidate house. Although he I would prefer more information on each house.
After we settled down to our loved house, Tyler helped us to negotiate with the seller and successfully earned us some benefits. He kept helping with all the following todos, including inspection, builder final walk-​through, etc.
During the whole process, I appreciate Tyler’s responsiveness the most. One thing is that he helped me to sublease my previous apartment otherwise I would have to break my lease and pay over $ 3000. The other thing is, after I moved in, there are some minor issues with my new home. During the holiday season, Tyler still responded fast and connected the house builder to me to finally solve the problems.
