History

Established in 1990.

Becoming independent following a management buyout in 1990 the TWC Consulting Group took off as a strategy practice with four partners. Over the years we grew into the innovative boutique practice specializing in organization design, performance management, compensation strategy, management effectiveness and strategy dynamics. We still have four partners (three are still the founding ones), who are now supported by a team of 20 highly competent consultants.
