After receiving very poor service through the manufacturer of my printer I was directed to TouchTech. And from the beginning the experience was excellent. The owner contacted me directly to inquire about my needs. After speaking with him he set me at ease that his company could take care of us.
They went out of their way to accommodate my repairs. Their technician came to us. He was very professional and quick.
Needless to say, from start to finish TouchTech is definitely a company you want to use.

Brian seems to be a nice enough guy which is why I am disappointed to be writing this review.
. We took our laptop in because it needed a new charging port. 125 dollars later and I got my computer back and it was not working. They had done a full diagnostic on it to determine what the issue was and that it would be an easy fix. Well once I saw it would not turn on they told me it was an issue with the motherboard. We called the place we bought the computer from and had to pay 40 dollars to ship it and send it just to find out it had nothing to do with the motherboard. Touch Tech Systems did not put it back together correctly. After calling Brian he was unapologetic and did not offer any kind of refund. We paid 125 and then forked out another 40 for S&H to send it to California just to find out if was their fault all along
. Was really hoping to find a good computer shop in West Seattle but unfortunately we will not be recommending them to anyone.

TouchTech Systems set up our mac-​based home network years ago, and everything worked beautifully until Comcast made us upgrade our modem. After hours on the phone with Comcast and a trip to North Seattle to pick up yet another new modem, Comcast was not able to get us up and running again. In desperation, I stopped in at TouchTech and caught Brian just as he was leaving for lunch. Within an hour Brian called me to tell me that he was sending someone. But while we were on the phone, he did some troubleshooting with me, and voila! Fixed! No need to send anyone. I fully expected to pay Brian for his help, but he wouldn’t charge me for the phone consultation. Once again TouchTech and Brian proved to be knowledgable, prompt, and nice to work with.

Just purchased a new MacAir from Touch Tech. Brian is definitely an expert in all things Apple! I have done business with him for several years and he always is very patient and taught me a lot regarding the new OS. He responds very quickly and solves any questions I have. I would recommend him highly and will continue to be a loyal customer

Brian has always been very quick to help with any problem we have had with our Mac laptops. Super fast turn around and great customer service makes it the only place I go when I’m having trouble with the computers. He helped us set up everything, merged old data onto new computers, installed software, set up our time machine, wifi. It’s been a true blessing to have such a dependable computer repair company in our neighborhood.

We have been working with TouchTech since the early 90’s for on-​site support, Mac leasing, tech support, touch screen information booths and more. I think the longevity of our business relationship speaks volumes for the great service we receive. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I have used TouchTech a couple of different times with great results. The first time was when I was having a variety of computer problems and my friend who normally fixed my computer woes was unavailable. I was in a desperate situation TouchTech came to the rescue. Not only were they local but they also did MacIntosh which at the time was hard to find anyone who would work on them. They not only came over and got everything running but pointed out a few dozen things I could do to improve my system. Later I used them again when we were getting my wife a laptop, Not only did they steer us to a great computer which we are still using, but helped us get it set up and running. Highly recommended and easy to talk to.

Touch Tech Systems is a top notch West Seattle company. Superior, friendly, professional service at fair prices. They installed an Apple Time Capsule in my home and configured my computers to work seamlessly with the system. Highly recommended!

Great customer service. Quick and efficient. Way better than an Apple store when you are having trouble with your Mac.

I have purchased several Mac computers and other Apple products from Touchtech Systems. Great customer service and I love the fact that they’re now in West Seattle! It’s nice to know that I’ll be dealing with the same people that have been selling Apple Macintosh computers since the 20^th Century.
