Great service. I walked in with a big order and they kept their cool and got it together quickly despite how busy they were.

Top pot is delicious, which is why this one got two stars. The staff is too cool to be bothered. Got a gross cup of old coffee abd the wrong doughnut. If you want top pot, try a different location.

Small place located by all the Amazon buildings. Conveniently located by Starbucks, Specialty Café, & Bartells. Staff was friendly. Doughnuts are brought to this location from the main bakery location. Pics on Instagram @amanda.n_

Top Pot is the perfect place to get a sweet treat. They have creative flavored doughnuts(for example: the blueberry fritter), breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. The doughnuts are warmed up and fresh.

They run out of doughnuts often which is one reason I like my donuts to be freshly made on location but they aren’t too bad, typical doughnuts. They do seem a bit pricey though.

Mostly disappointed. I had great hopes for a donut place this close to work, but the donuts I got were old, cold, and obviously not fresh. I’ve definitely had better: many, many times.

Disappointed to say the least after getting high recommendations from my daughter. Visited the place on Monday @12:30 pm and already out of apple fritter so I bought a glazed which was dry. Later given a couple of apple fritter — also disappointing as had a lot of fritter but very little apple — pricey for below average doughnuts, and will not patronize the chain again.

This review is mostly for the gluten-free jam biscuits, because that’s all my diet allows me to try(I am a celiac). However — they are delicious! If you’re super sensitive I would definitely be cautious just due to possible cross-contamination, because they’re housed in the same pastry case as the other donuts and often are on the same tray as non-gluten free goodies. The jam seems to be a blackberry jam, which is my favorite, so I love it for that. The biscuit itself is sort of a hybrid of a biscuit-cornbread-sugary blend of tastiness. They’re under $ 3 per biscuit after tax, which is also about average for most GF treats, and they’re so dense it’s definitely a filling treat. It’s also so nice to be able to grab a breakfast type treat nearby work on the days I forget to bring something from home. As for their coffee, I usually get my craft beverages elsewhere, but their cold brew is pretty killer delicious in the summertime(skip the sugar or cream, you don’t need it if you actually like coffee). Thanks for the biscuits, guys!

Rudest service ever! I had an early morning meeting and rushed in to get some mini donuts for everyone. Found the staff very snotty. Great donuts bad staff

Donuts are good but the service is average or poor depending on the day. They don’t have any specialty donuts or items that stand out, just the general garden variety with a small selection. This location has even a smaller selection due to the smaller square footage. This location is closed on the weekends. It costs about $ 35 for two dozen donuts which is overpriced. I called and asked to see if I could get an advanced order made for an event, and the gal who answered the phone laughed at me. Too bad because they could have made a mint. Parking is poor in this neighborhood. There is a paid parking garage across the street owned by Amazon or paid street parking if you can find any available. Food: 3 Service: 3 Ambiance: 2 Parking: 2

Super convenient for those of us who work in SLU(aka Amazon-land). It’s got all of the amenities of other locations but with less seating and a limited stock of the pastry-goodness. The earlier you visit the more likely you are to get the selection you want(I’ve gone late-morning on more than one occasion and missed out on my beloved Double Trouble). Closed on weekends.

If you need a reason to go gluten-free, Top Pot is it. After spending $ 10 on four terrible doughnuts and then sadly reading about its shady business practices, I would have much rather put that money elsewhere.

Awesome donuts and coffee. Friendly, if not a little bizzare staff. Busy during the morning Amazon rush but the line moves fairly quickly. Wide range of donut selections.

Overrated is the best word to describe this place. We bought two dozen donuts to share with people at work and it was $ 35. That’s a lot of money for some donuts that really aren’t any special! They weren’t warm, super chewy, or anything. I just felt like I was eating a regular old donut from a cheap bakery. Would I come back? Nah.

I don’t drink coffee, so I have no opinions on that front. But sometimes when I go into the café after 4PM and get a scrumptious chocolate bar, they give me an extra one free. That is the dopest thing ever.

Didn’t try the dougnuts, but my colleague seemed thoroughly pleased with hers. She made it last half an hour. She had decaf and I had an Americano, which was excellent. This place is on the courtyard in some of the new SLU construction. There’s a parking garage underneath, and if you’re in the area, it’s a solid coffee option. It’s usually not crazy busy after the first morning rush, and you can almost always get a table and relax. I walk by here twice a day, so I know this, despite having been here only once. Service was friendly and prices were totally reasonable. Would definitely come back here for more coffee.

My review of 2-stars is based on the coffee. The coffee here is consistently bitter. Whether it’s drip, americano, or an espresso drink… they are all bitter. If you are looking for smooth, rich, and flavorful go elsewhere. The service is great. I don’t eat donuts, but those look fine. The atmosphere is not quite as warm and inviting as Top-Pots other locations. Other notes: You can sit outside which is nice for dog-owners. They have one gluten free pastry on the menu.

Donuts — 5 stars If you want an awesome donut, Top Pot won’t disappoint. Their old fashioned and cake donuts are especially great. Coffee — 2 stars They serve Stumptown, which I perceive has gone downhill over the past year as they have expanded nationally. The quality isn’t as great as it used to be.

I am a huge fan of Top Pot… their coffee and donuts are great. BUT, this location pales compared to the others. Located in the heart of the Amazon campus, employees make up a lot of the clientele. What a job, right! A Top Pot on your campus! Still, despite great nibbles and hot beverages, the location is small with less of the Top Pot charm that other locations have(although the kitchen door is pretty sweet). Don’t think this location has a bathroom either. Staff were also not as friendly(maybe because there are were a lot of customers) and interactions were a bit more challenging. Free wifi. I think I would go to another location in the future, but if in the area and needing a donut, I would reconsider. :)

Nice atmosphere and very good donuts — plus, it’s open to the public, unlike some restaurants and cafes on the Amazon campus. I had a cappuccino here one morning and it was smooth and delicious. Don’t forget to pick up one of the free postcards!
