Business Owner
Thrive was founded by Monika Kinsman, a Seattle native and long-time vegetarian and raw food enthusiast. Monika has a passion for people having health that supports them in living life fully, and for creating work environments that are nourish the people who serve there. Monika’s diverse background includes experience business planning, organization development, law enforcement, nonprofit management, volunteer management, technology, and food service. Monika holds a Master’s degrees in Organization Development and has a passion for community organizing. Monika is the founder of Raw Network of Washington, the largest raw foods nonprofit organization in the Pacific Northwest, and has over eight years of experience with employee and volunteer management. Monika’s strengths include her commitment to having everything work, her communication skills, organizational abilities, knowledge of process improvement, connections to the raw community, and familiarity with the raw foods lifestyle.
