Thoughtful Touch Massage is centered on a blend of Deep Tissue Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Myofascial Release. We work to help you get rid of your pain, and increase your mobility, awareness, and health so that you are free to live a happier, more rewarding life.

History

Established in 2004.

Thoughtful Touch Massage came into being in 2004. It was a small, very part-​time massage practice that nevertheless helped people feel great.

Now, 11 years later, with two locations and many loyal clients, Thoughtful Touch is thriving. Years of mindful work and a passion for improvement has allowed me to create a practice built around trust and respect for my clients and their right to be happy and healthy. I use my training in Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial work, and Deep-​Tissue Massage to help people let go of old patterns of tension, and discover a new level of well-​being.

Thoughtful Touch Massage offers people an amazing opportunity to look inwards, let go of pain, find peace, and grow.

Business Owner

Aaron learned about the scientific method when he was six, and how to think critically and creatively about the world.

When he was ten he was trained in Reiki healing, and began to learn how to be curious and open to the mysteries and unprovable ideas in life.

Over the decades he has blended his love for learning and science with a deep appreciation of the value in things ‘yet to be explained’. He’s delighted to have an opportunity to help people along their paths of life, using all the technical skills and intuition at his disposal.
