Signed a seller agreement with this office. Agent provided a cancellation guarantee. We are currently being held hostage by the managing broker despite our not being able to trust his agent and now don’t trust him. Called the NWMLS and they said our complaint process was to talk to the managing broker. What that means to clients is that there is no complaint process as the managing broker will back their agents because they get a cut from all commissions.
If you list with this office be prepared to drop your price, give concessions to buyers and seek legal counsel.

My husband and I were first-​time home buyers in the fall of 2012 and Robin Tomazic was our agent through Remax. We knew the general price range that we were looking for, but we knew nothing about the home buying process. Robin took the time to explain all of the ins and outs while remaining patient with us. Also, it was easy to get overwhelmed and to lose focus on what we were looking for, but Robin was able to tactfully keep us on track and help us talk through what we needed for our family. In the end though, a short sale house was what we had fallen in love with and Robin was supportive in that decision. Our short sale house took a long and emotional 9 months from start to finish. Robin updated us as much as possible throughout the wait and fielded multiple stressed out phone calls and emails from us. Now we are living in what we can call our «dream house»; we look forward to coming home everyday, we feel proud of what we own, and we feel comforted in knowing that if it weren’t for having an agent that advocated for us combined with patience on our part, we would not be living in such a beautiful home and neighborhood today.
