The Summit At Madison Park

I looked at an apartment here yesterday. I think it might be good for a lower income family who needs the location. The building smelled like rabbits in several locations. Also, the only way into the building is with a fob given one per tenant. As someone who relies on a dog walker and cleaning person to help out around the home when I’m not there, this policy would not be suitable for someone like myself who is a young professional.

This place will screw you out of everything they can. We spent 6 hours working to clean our place which was not dirty to start with and they still took our deposit saying that everything was dirty. Also they wanted to raise our rent $ 400 a month increase when our lease was up and when we tried to negotiate they said they were offering a good price, when we didn’t renew they came back and asked why and what could they do to get us to stay and offered a better price. The real slap came upon move out when they tried to say we didn’t give enough notice and slapped us with an additional months rent along with an aditional charge for being month to month. STAY AWAY. Oh yeah the snotty little fat butted brat that works in the office is horrible.
