Description

Specialties

The Stepping Stone is your neighborhood bar. A great place to meet friends old and new, enjoy a cold beer, glass of great wine, along with one of our delicious sandwiches. There is no better place to watch The Seahawks, Mariners or Sounders. The Stepping Stone is your second living room!

History

Established in 2013.

The Stepping Stone was opened on September 4, 2013 by Darren and Liz Miller. Darren had been a bartender at the beloved Viking Tavern for many years. When The Viking closed Darren and Liz realized that Ballard needed a new clubhouse, a comfortable, friendly bar where people could gather to chat, enjoy a ball game, have a drink and eat some great food.

The Stepping Stone is opens 7 days a week at noon and is open Monday — Saturday till 2am and Sunday until midnight (but sometimes we are open later!).
